Ware in Ordnung und so wie beschrieben. Bin sehr zufrieden. Slicer ordered. Simple and clear ordering process. Ordered Tuesday evening and delivered on Friday is simply top performance. Goods in order and as described. I am very pleased.

Nie wieder Bestellung von Gastraheld!!! We have ordered a product that was express delivery. Normally it must arrive in 2-4 business days. But unfortunately 8 days already passed and did not come. Never order from Gastraheld again!!!
B	Balu Nevada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch wenn die Preise günstig sind. Das Service ist unter jeglicher Kritik. UNser Wandkühlung hat im Juni nach 8 Monaten Laufzeit den Geist aufgegeben. Alleine 3 Monate dauerte es bis jemand kam, der einmal feststellen konnte, was überhaupt defekt ist und das Ersatzteil haben bis heute (21.10.2021) nicht eingebaut bekommen. Man wird immer weiter vertröstet und anscheinend weiß dort die linke Hand nicht was die rechte tut. Diese Bestellung war deshalb SICHER die Letzte, die wir hier getätigt haben!!! Even if the prices are cheap. The service is under any criticism. Our wall cooling gave up the ghost after 8 months of operation in June. It took just 3 months until someone came who was able to determine what is defective at all and have not received the replacement part until today (October 21, 2021). One is put off more and more and apparently there the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. So this order was for sure the last we made here !!!

Das ist sehr ärgerlich da man als Kunde mit der Stornierung und einer neuerlichen Suche nach passender Ware eine Menge Zeit verschwendet. Nach einigen unbefriedigenden mailkontakten, sowie Anrufen und Chats wurde das Geld, nachdem von meiner Seite mit dem Anwalt gedroht wurde, Rückerstattet. Kann man so machen - geht allerdings auch besser! Product could not be delivered despite confirmation. However, it is still offered with a very short delivery time. This is very annoying because as a customer you waste a lot of time with the cancellation and a new search for suitable goods. After a few unsatisfactory email contacts, as well as calls and chats, the money was refunded after I threatened the lawyer. You can do it like this - but it is also better!

I made a large order for my restaurant with refrigerators,oven etc. although some of them arrived very late,I called the customer service to ask for information about my equipment that didn’t arrive on the specific date they told me and they had no clue when they gonna arrive or where they are. Still waiting and won’t be cooperative to tell me the infos I need. You guys don’t even deserve a one star rate...totally unprofessional!!! You don’t respect the money you earn from customers!
