Ordered 2 times a SSG10-A1 (one for me and one for my mate), a AEG pistol and some carrying / replica parts. A swivel of a SSG10-A1 broke. Mailed to Novritsch and got a respond the day after. They send a new stock for free to my address to replace my old one. Novritsch also have a lot of video's available on YouTube about maintaining your replica, zeroing a scope, spray painting your replica and a lot more. I am very satisfied! I will definitely order again at Novritsch.

Of those 5 guns, I have had 1 gun break. And Novritsch's customer service sent me everything I needed to repair the gun, ABSOLUTLEY FREE OF CHARGE, including an entire new hammer assembly, and a video step by step tutorial of exchanging the part. This is all without mentioning the ingenuity and thought that goes into every product they design. I have never been left with a sour taste in my mouth dealing with Novritsch, and I will continue to do business with him as long as I have a use for his products.
E	Edwin Bosscher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very bad customersupport. I ordered the ssx303 for the amount of 289 euro. The payment was split in two; 30 euro preorder end 259 euro via paypal. After returning the gun they (Jennifer) only refunded me the 259, saying the 30 euro was a discount. Where is my 30 euro? Stolen from me! After writing several emails still no solution!!

When I received the package I contacted Sylvia through the novritsch support page on their website, and their customer service was incredible. They apologized for what happened and replaced everything thing that was lost. They also responded to my help request within a day and we’re simply great to work with!
