Ich mache aktuell die Fruchtsäurepeeling + Gesichtsausreinigung um einen Preis von 77€. Das ist mehr als in Ordnung. So soll es bleiben I have always been very satisfied with the staff and the effect of the facial treatment. I'm currently doing the fruit acid peeling + facial cleansing for a price of 77 €. Treatwell ist absolut top, alle sehr freundlich, super schneller Termin, keine Wartezeit, das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Nach 2 Anwendungen, die jetzt schon einige Zeit her sind, haben sich meine kaputten Nägeln total erholt und sind bis jetzt schön und wie früher. Ich kann das jedem nur empfehlen, der Probleme mit seinen Nägeln hat. I had very broken nails and this was my last hope of doing a Japanese manicure. Has someone recommended me who was very enthusiastic about it. Treatwell is absolutely top, everyone is very friendly, super fast appointment, no waiting time, the result is impressive. After 2 applications, which were some time ago, my broken nails have completely recovered and are still beautiful and as before. I highly recommend this to anyone who has problems with their nails.

Musste mich jetzt schon von etwa einem Dutzend Newslettern abmelden und bekomme immer noch Mails von irgendwelchen Drittanbietern. Caution! This page forwards contact details without being asked, which means that you land on countless newsletters. I already had to unsubscribe from about a dozen newsletters and still get emails from some third party.

Vor Ort Bezahlung geht nun auch nicht mehr, damit inzwischen relativ nutzlos für mich. Not communicating properly with the salons regarding maintenance of the services offered. On-site payment is no longer possible, so it is now relatively useless for me.

I booked an appointement and was contacted by the salon i booked less than 24h ago asking me to cancel the appointement as they didn t had enought employee this day. Eventhough i mention that the beauty salon had to cancel so i could get refund she reassures me that it will be no problem. Of course it was. I wrote already 2 times to treatwell , forward the print screen of the conversation with the beauty salon and asking to be refund . I have a reclamaration number but 2 weeks after nobody wrote back to me neither refund me . This platforme is a ripe off. The customer service is horrible and highly unprofessional.
