★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located close to the bus which leaves every 30 min. on weekdays and every hour in the weekend. Liked the breakfast and our bathroom looked newly renovated and in good condition. Will recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the apartments. It was quite alright, comfortable with a fairly big kitchen. A microwave would have been useful. The ski room should be way bigger. The sauna was in the main building, but that's understandable. The restaurant is tasty, but expect a lot of waiting. With 3 course, the dinner took us almost 2 hours. And the most annoying thing is that you have to pay for the drinks every night, you cannot put your bill on your room.
Overall, i liked the place, it's a usual austrian ski hotel. Comfortable, and you can access to the ski lift by ski bus. It's a 100m away from the hotel and goes on n every half anhour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here in a family room, with our parents in an adjacent double and my sister's family in another family room. The rooms were immaculate, really beautifully and warm. Perfect for the kids with a separate room, and with the grandparents just across the hall. We all loved the breakfast and dinners, and it was perfect for us to not have to worry about any meals. Such a warm welcome from the team and really had everything you could ask for. We loved our Bad Gastein ski holiday and hope to come back again soon.
