★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alexander und Constanze waren die tollsten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Die beiden haben alles möglich gemacht, wenn man etwas brauchte und waren immer für uns ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist der Wahnsinn. Urgemütlich, sehr sauber, ganz viel Charme durch die hohen Decken und das abwechslungsreiche Inventar. Ein Grill, Hot Tub zum Aufwärmen, eine Feuerschale, Waschmaschine, Trockner, ..... Küche bestens ausgestattet. Vom Objekt aus kann man direkt super Tagestouren zu Fuß oder mit Bike starten. Besser geht kaum.
Danke an euch beiden für den super Urlaub!
Wir kommen wieder.

 Alexander and Constanze were the greatest hosts you can imagine. The two made everything possible if you needed something and were always available for us. The accommodation is amazing. Very cozy, very clean, a lot of charm due to the high ceilings and the varied inventory. A grill, hot tub to warm up, a fire bowl, washing machine, dryer, ..... Kitchen well equipped. From the property you can start great day tours on foot or by bike. It could hardly be better.
Thanks to both of you for the great vacation!
We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartment. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts! Auch die Sauberkeit ist hervorzuheben - hier wird besonderes Augenmerk auf jedes Detail gelegt. Beide Gastgeber sind extrem herzlich und man fühlt sich auf Anhieb willkommen. Die zwei Englisch Setter sind auch sehr gastfreundlich :) Gerne wieder!
Beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment. Nothing is missing in the kitchen! The cleanliness should also be emphasized - special attention is paid to every detail. Both hosts are extremely warm and you immediately feel welcome. The two English setters are also very hospitable :) Gladly again!

It was a wonderful time, the apartment was very clean and the hosts are very nice. The quiet location and the short way to Sportgastein is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a summer week with a friend in the lovely smaller apartment in the house. It's a beautiful gem with wooden floors, high ceiling and windows in three directions where every view feels like something you would like to frame and put on your wall at home, specially the one towards the "Old Town" of Böckstein. The house and the apartments are newly renovated and the surroundings are calm and lush green with the river close by and easy accessible hikes and walks directly outside the house. Could highly recommend a stay for hikers!
