★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ungeheiztes Zimmer (eiskalt), trotz Betriebsurlaub war eine Buchung möglich. Schade, dass die Qualität so extrem in den letzten zwei Jahren abgenommen hat… Radstadt ist ein Kuhdorf und derb langweilig.
 Unheated room (freezing cold), despite company vacation a booking was possible. It's a shame that the quality has deteriorated so extremely in the last two years ... Radstadt is a cow village and roughly boring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel! Best ao far in category of 3 stars hotel. Very nice decorations, good vibe with little messages in rooms. They even have garage for guest who come with motorcycle or bicycle. Very friendly and smiled stuff and they have a restaurant in the lobby with great breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice stay! Everything was perfect. The rooms are extremely clean and tidy, the food is divine and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent since it takes 10 mins by bus to get to the slopes and the shopping area starts right next door. Everything at this place makes you feel like home and makes you wanna come back again and again.
The rooms are big enough and welcoming, the buffet breakfast gives you a lot of options in the morning and the dinner was great each time. They also have a special heated room for you to leave your snowboard/ski equipment (boots, snowboard, skis, helmet, gloves etc.). The closest free parking area is very close (2 minutes walking distance).
To be honest, there is nothing negative to say about this place. Congratulations to the whole staff for the great services they are offering!
