Nachdem mein Laptop nichtmehr funktionierte und ich selbst herausgefunden hatte (und die Herren bei TCOM darüber informiert habe das das BIOS beschädigt ist) fragte ich dort um Hilfe an, und es wurde mir gesagt man müssen sich mal anschauen ob man was machen kann. Auf die frage ob das was kosten würde wurde ich mit einem "Nein natürlich nicht" besänftigt. Auf die Bitte hin, bevor Kosten entstehen würden doch vorher bescheid zu sagen wurde zugestimmt. Nun kurz darauf ein Anruf, das Betriebssystem sei nicht zu retten man müsse den Laptop neu aufsetzen. Da mir die Daten allerdings zu wichtig waren verzichtete ich darauf und wollte den Laptop abholen...und erhielt umgehend eine Rechnung über 50 Euro in die Hand gedrückt. Begründung: Der Techniker habe versucht etwas zu tun sei aber gescheitert..ABer man habe herausgefunden dass das BIOS beschädigt ist (NEIN echt? Gut dass ich das bereits gesagt hatte)....arbeitssstunden kosten halt was. Nett dass mir bestätigt wurde dass keine Kosten anfallen würden ohne meine Zustimmung. Auf den 50 Euro für NICHTS bin ich nun sitzen geblieben. Seither ist der lieben Firma TCOM wohl einiges an Kundschaft verloren gegangen, denn aus meinem Bekanntschaftskreis vertraut ihnen keiner mehr. Und das sollten SIE auch nicht wenn sie das hier lesen. Absolutely not recommended. After my laptop did not work anymore and I found out myself (and informed the gentlemen at TCOM that the BIOS was damaged), I asked for help there and they told me you had to see if you could do something. When asked if that would cost anything I was appeased with a "no, of course not". At the request, before costs would arise but to inform in advance was approved. Shortly thereafter, a call, the operating system can not be saved you have to rebuild the laptop. Since the data was too important to me, however, I decided against it and wanted to pick up the laptop ... and immediately received an invoice for 50 euros in the hand. Reason: The technician had tried something to do but failed .. But you found out that the BIOS is damaged (NO real? Good that I had already said that) .... hours of work stop what. Nice that I was confirmed that no costs would be incurred without my consent. At the 50 euros for NOTHING I'm now sitting. Since then, the dear company TCOM has probably lost a lot of customers, because from my circle of acquaintances no one trusts them anymore. And YOU should not if they read this.

Great service + very professional! We had a problem with our telephone systems. That same day someone came by and took care of it.

Sehr grosser Laden, sehr gut sortiert. Ich komme wieder, wenn ich was brauche. Parkplätze vor der Tür bzw ums Eck. Top service. I forgot my laptop charger abroad. Very competent, they were able to sell me a power supply with a lot of power for my model. Very large shop, very well sorted. I'll come back if I need anything. Parking spaces in front of the door or around the corner.

Ich bin zufällig das erste Mal hingegangen und schon beim Betreten wurde ich von Sebastian mit viel Professionalität und Kompetenz begrüßt. Ich fragte auf meinem IPad nach Informationen, ob es normal sei, dass ich einen kleinen grünen Punkt in der Mitte des Bildschirms habe und Sebastian sagte mir sofort, dass es sich um einen Produktionsfehler handelte und dass er es sofort an Apple senden würde und dass ich es erhalten würde einen neuen Ersatz und schon dafür bin ich ihm dankbar. Ich habe über eine Stunde im Laden verbracht und danke Sebastian für seine Geduld, mit mir Schritt zu halten. Ich kann Apple- und Elektronik-Enthusiasten nur wärmstens empfehlen, ihren wunderbaren Shop zu besuchen. sicher habt ihr jetzt einen neuen „Stammgast“ , der oft zu euch kommt, sobald etwas gebraucht wird. I happened to go there for the first time and as soon as I entered I was greeted by Sebastian with a lot of professionalism and competence. I asked for information on my IPad if it was normal that I have a small green dot in the middle of the screen and Sebastian immediately told me that it was a manufacturing error and that he would immediately send it to Apple and that I would it would receive a new replacement and for that alone I am grateful to it. I spent over an hour in the store and thank Sebastian for his patience in keeping up with me. I would highly recommend Apple and electronics enthusiasts to visit their wonderful shop. surely you now have a new "regular guest" who often comes to you as soon as something is needed. Und freundliche Beratung sieht auch anders aus. Unfortunately much more expensive than anywhere else. The phone they wanted to sell to me there for almost 375 euros costs another 210 euros one place. And friendly advice looks different too.
