★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent a couple of days at this hotel while went for skiing to Radstadt. I got a huge room for me alone. The restaurant at the hotel is awesome. I can only recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My comment will be about the restaurant, there was two men and 1 woman serving in the ground floor, the rudest people I have ever met in the whole world ,,, shame on you !!! We were 6 adults thinking of reserving in hotel and I led them to the hotel .. beautiful city .. we decided to have cup of coffee we cancel the order because of them ,, shame on you ( the lady that covers one of her eyes ) shame on you the servant who knows and understand English but refuse to speak with us!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great rooms with plenty of space. Spa facilities (not tried) and a good restaurant (not tried except for breakfast which was excellent). They really go the extra mile catering to your food allergies and preferences.

Very clean, nice wellnessarea, helpful staff and very nice food.
Looking forward to be back there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst "salad" of my life. Everything was covered in vinegar "dressing" - I couldn't eat it. The bruchetta tasted weird and the melon, that was on it, did not taste like melon at all. The wienerschnitzel was (beneath the layer of fried dough) dry and tasted like precooked meat heated in a microwave directly from the freezer. Actually my boyfriend was served a nicer meal at first, but it was a course he hadn't ordered, so the waiter took it out again. To drink I had tapped water close to lukewarm. The beer was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our mayonnaise was past its due date by one month, same with our softdrinks. Pizzas were alright, fries were a bit too salty. The food that was past its due date was removed from the bill, but the service was not particularly friendly
