Very friendly staff, absolute professionals! The view, the location is perfect for a weekend or more! The kitchen is nice and the spa is also powerful :)

The worst hotel out of my 16 year hotel experience. The wellneszone is OK, the restaurante is 100 times too expensive and you don't get what you ordered. The only good thing is servant who was a very nice guy and the reception lady who was a gorgeous woman.

1. Very friendly und competent staff. Very considerate. 2. Position very good, quiet, easy reach supermarket and swimming pool and other entertainment facilities. 3. For skiing, free shuttle bus service. Also if you drive by your car, less than ten minutes you reach a big skiing center. Very convenient. You could rent ski, helmet, etc there. In hotel near parking lot there is room for warming up the skiing shoes. No need to carry around in rooms. 4. In hotel, at the reception area, there is a lounge for playing chess etc. Child play room. Small bar. 5. Of course there is a big indoor swimming pool. 140 cm depth. Sauna area is also well arranged. Children with accompany of adults is allowed to go to sauna area. 6. On the first day of arrival I already plan to come in summer again with my family. Generally, I recommend this wellness hotel. Very comfortable feeling. I will surely come here again. To be fair, I say something i don't like a lot, 1. Fitness room, tight arranged. Space between equipment is close. Home trainer is very loud. For me at least. Need regular air change there in the fitness room. 2. Child play room in the basement. Location is ok. However coines are needed for playing the darts game as well as table football game. So we just took a look. No play there. Owner is a very nice Family from Texas, it has Southern Hospitality in Austria. Great Hiking and downhill mountain biking nearby. The local community Olympic Size pool is attached, very nice locals come and have food and drinks at the snack bar. Full on breakfast and lunch buffets. Electric bikes to rent. Walk into the city is a charming little town of Randstadt.

Lovely hotel, relaxing atmosphere in a cute village. The spa/pool place is new, really clean and massive for an hotel this size. Food was excellent and diverse. The team is the best, they are super friendly and will make sure you spend an amazing time. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
