A	Alexandra Pauna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Wir 5 Personen wollten uns im Gasthaus hinsetzen (am 5.07.2020) und wurden vom Kellner gefragt, ob wir reserviert haben. (Ton war nicht gerade freundlich) Von gefühlt 10 Tischen waren 4 besetzt. Als ich gesagt habe nein, aber wir würden nur ganz kurz ein Glas trinken, meinte der Kellner, das würde ihm nichts machen und hat uns auf ein Bankerl außerhalb der Terrasse für 2 Personen verwiesen. Ich frag mich wie 5 Personen auf einem mini Tisch mit 2 Sesseln sitzen sollten. Very rude staff. We 5 people wanted to sit down in the inn (on July 5th, 2020) and were asked by the waiter if we had reserved. (Sound wasn't exactly friendly) Of what felt like 10 tables, 4 were occupied. When I said no, but we would only have a short glass, the waiter said, that would not harm him and referred us to a banquet outside the terrace for 2 people. I wonder how 5 people should sit on a mini table with 2 armchairs.

Unglaublich freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang und das ändert sich auch bis zum Check-out nicht. Das Hotel ist wie zum wohlfühlen gemacht - Zimmer, Lobby, 'Aufenthaltsräumlichkeiten' - laden zum entspannen und genießen ein. Design und Innenarchitektur sind absolut top. Für jeden der Zeit zum entspannen in ruhiger Atmosphäre mit Nähe zu Natur und Bergen sucht - absolut empfehlenswert. From the first moment you feel like you are coming 'home'. Incredibly friendly and personal reception and that doesn't change until check-out. The hotel is made to feel good - rooms, lobby, 'lounges' - invite you to relax and enjoy. Design and interior architecture are absolutely top. For everyone who is looking for time to relax in a quiet atmosphere close to nature and mountains - absolutely recommendable.

Das Team vom Gästehaus und Gasthaus Krenn war an diesem Hochzeitswochenende unsere erweiterte Familie. Mit unglaublich viel Herzlichkeit, Engagement und Liebe haben sie dieses Wochenende für uns unvergesslich gemacht. Im Komplettpaket waren dazu ein wundervolles Ambiente, die wunderschöne Unterkunft und die fantastische Kulinarik im Gasthaus Krenn. All unsere Gäste und auch wir als Brautpaar konnten eine völlig entspannte und tief bewegende Zeit unter Freunden verbringen. Wir hätten es uns schöner nicht ausmalen können. Aus tiefstem Herzen Dankeschön!!! J♡A We had the privilege to get married in beautiful Pürgg ♡. The team from the guest house and guest house Krenn was our extended family on this wedding weekend. With an incredible amount of warmth, commitment and love they made this weekend unforgettable for us. The complete package also included a wonderful ambience, wonderful accommodation and fantastic cuisine at Gasthaus Krenn. All our guests and we as the bridal couple were able to spend a completely relaxed and deeply moving time among friends. We couldn't have imagined it would be nicer. T	Thomas M-W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So fühlt sich Urlaub an! Wir waren mit der Familie zu Gast im Gästehaus Krenn und uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Von der Begrüßung bis zum Check Out gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum, sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet und es duftet überall so gut nach Kräutern. Für unsere kleine Tochter wurde alles zur Verfügung gestellt um auch Ihr einen tollen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Vom Babybett, Windeleimer, Wanne, Tücher, Polster, Cremen bis hin zu einem Gute Nach Buch hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück wird auf die Bedürfnisse abgestimmt und zusätzlich gab es ein kleines Marmeladen und Müsli Buffet. Selbst ein kleines Make up Döschen welches beim Zimmer machen kaputt ging wurde ersetzt! Das Abendessen war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet obwohl wir etwas Schwierigkeiten hatten beim unserer Bierbestellung aber das hat nicht weiter gestört. Alles in allem ein Top Urlaub in einem wunderschönen kleinen Ort und einem ausgezeichneten Service der Mitarbeiter vom Gästehaus Krenn. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! This is what vacation feels like! We stayed with the family at the Krenn guest house and every wish was fulfilled. From the welcome to the check out there was nothing to complain about. The rooms are a dream, very spacious and modernly furnished and it smells so good of herbs everywhere. Everything was provided for our little daughter to enable her to have a great holiday. From the cot, diaper pail, tub, towels, cushions, creams to a good book, nothing was missing. The breakfast is tailored to the needs and there was also a small jam and muesli buffet. Even a small make-up jar which broke while making the room was replaced! Dinner was also excellent although we had a little trouble ordering our beer but that didn't matter. All in all a great holiday in a beautiful little town and excellent service from the staff at the Krenn guest house. We would like to come again!

Im gesamten Haus hängt traumhafte moderne Kunst, es gibt eine Greißlerei mit Delikatessen und ein wunderbares Frühstück. Das Personal ist ausgesucht freundlich, das Essen im zugehörigen Gasthaus Krenn ausgezeichnet. Das Haus hat 5 Sterne mehr als verdient, wir kommen sicher wieder! Beautiful hotel, perfectly furnished rooms where every little detail fits. Fantastic modern art hangs throughout the house, there is a grocery store with delicacies and a wonderful breakfast. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the food in the associated Gasthaus Krenn is excellent. The house more than deserves 5 stars, we will definitely be back!

The rooms are just designed with taste and delicatesse, the staff welcome you always with a big smile. The breakfast was arranged for us outside and I even got glutenfree bread. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday so we couldn’t try that... but for sure next time ??
