★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war beim Toyota Gady und kann nur sagen dass ich sehr zufrieden war ,- jedoch war sie etwas besser planen könnten wäre einfach nur mehr die Zeit Angaben denn da hörte ich drei mal was anderes und nur aus diesem Grund gibt es von mir einen Stern als Abzug ,- jedoch sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man hat sogar die Möglichkeit sein Auto nach geschäftsschluss seinen Schlüssel in einem schlüsseltresor Wo dann für einen alles hinterlegt wird und jeder einen anderen Code natürlich zugeschickt bekommt auch abholen kann! ???? Diesen Service hat definitiv nicht jedes autohaus und von daher auch meine absolute Empfehlung !!
Zeiten der Mechaniker arbeiten sollten besser noch mitgeteilt werden aber das ist schon Kritik auf hohem Niveau und somit bedanke ich mich recht herzlich mit meinem Mann beim Toyota Händler Gady Liebenau ? ??.. & weiter geht's wieder Vollgas einmal Toyota immer Toyota Händler Gady Liebenau !! ???? Sehr sehr gute Arbeit und auch schnell vielen Dank ! Jürgen und Julia Magdalena !
I was at the Toyota Gady and can only say that I was very satisfied, - but she could plan a little better would just be more information about the time because I heard something different three times and that's the only reason I gave it a star than Deduction, - but very, very friendly and helpful and you even have the possibility to leave your car after business hours in a key safe where everything is deposited for you and of course everyone gets a different code sent to them and can also pick it up! ???? Definitely not every car dealership has this service and therefore my absolute recommendation !!
Times the mechanics work should be communicated better, but that is already criticism at a high level and so I and my husband would like to thank Toyota dealer Gady Liebenau ? ??.. & on we go full throttle again once Toyota always Toyota dealer Gady Liebenau! ! ???? Very, very good work and thank you very much! Jürgen and Julia Magdalena!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there yesterday for the first and last time in my life. The woman in the reception and the gentleman in the service desk were as rude and unhelpful as it gets. i had more polite service in Turkey. In general very unwilling to provide for the customer, especially the ones who don't go there in a suit apparently. Also the communication between the gentleman and the lady looked completely broken. I could have saved at least an hour of my life if they were the least competent. An appointment with the garage there lasts ages and there is a level of complexity regarding booking a date, that to me can only be translated as luck of competence. In general, one of my most disappointing experiences in Graz. Maybe the HR department should step up a bit. best regards, Ioannis
