Mit einem Seidentuch abgedeckt mit großem MINI Logo, Blumenstrauß in Wagenfarbe für die Gattin, einfach cool. Die Erklärung der Funktionen, professionell und "verständlich". Überhaupt die gesamte Abwicklung top, von der Beratung, über die Bestellung bis zur Übergabe. Ein tolles Team, so stellt man sich als Kunde das vor. Immer wieder gerne. Michael & Elisabeth We got our new Mini Clubman a few weeks ago. The handover was sensational. Covered with a silk scarf with a large MINI logo, bouquet in body color for the wife, just cool. The explanation of the functions, professional and "understandable". In general, the entire process top, from the advice, on the order to handover. L	Lisa Mendlik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim betreten des neuen Standort stand sofort Herr Geißler bei mir und fragte mich ob ich schon Betreut werde und ob er mir einen Kaffee anbieten darf. Von Beginn an fühlt man sich hier sehr aufgehoben und von Bemühten und Motivierten Mitarbeitern umgeben. Ich hatte eine unkomplizierte, Kundenfreundliche, Terminvereinbarung mit der ausgesprochen netten Frau Pirker für eine Probefahrt. Alle Fragen wurden von Frau Pirker zeit intensiv und kompetent beantwortet. Probefahrzeug durfte sogar länger genutzt werden und ich hatte eine Rießen Freude ein so tolles Auto mit viel Komfort aber auch Platz testen zu dürfen. Für mein Service sowie Pickerl und eine Ersatzteile Bestellung wurde ich von Herrn Url der immer Bemüht ist alles professionell, schnell und mit höchstem Komfort für mich als Kunden perfekt Betreut. When entering the new location, Mr. Geissler was immediately with me and asked me if I am already being cared for and if he can offer me a coffee. From the beginning you feel very much at home here and surrounded by hard-working and motivated employees. I had an uncomplicated, customer-friendly, appointment with the extremely nice Mrs. Pirker for a test drive. All questions were answered by Mrs. Pirker time intensive and competent. Test vehicle could be used even longer and I had a Rießen joy to test such a great car with a lot of comfort but also space. For my service as well as Pickerl and a spare part order I was always looked after by Mr. Url who always strives to be professional, fast and with highest comfort for me as a customer.
B	Bruno Manda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Katastrophe! Ich war wegen der Reparatur eines Gebrauchtwagen in dieser Gady Filiale! Erst wurden knapp € 1000,-- für die Reparatur eines Ölverlusts in Rechnung gestellt, soweit so gut. Kurz darauf wurde mir klar, dass das Problem bzw. der Defekt allerdings nicht behoben wurde, fuhr sofort zurück in die Filiale und reklamierte die Reparatur. Wenige Stunden später sind die Herrschaften drauf gekommen, dass der Ölverlust einen anderen Ursprung hat.....kann ja mal passieren! Die eigentliche Frechheit liegt darin, dass NULL Kulanz hinsichtlich der unrechtmäßigen und mangelhaften Erst-Reparatur gezeigt wurde, im Gegenteil!!! Jetzt wurden nochmals € 120,-- für die wiederholte Fehlersuche in Rechnung gestellt, zudem wurde ein Kostenvoranschlag für eine erneute Reparatur in Höhe von € 1.200,-- erstellt!!!!! Die Reparatur wurde dann bei einer kompetenten Fachwerkstätte durchgeführt und 3 mal darf man raten= der tatsächliche Mangel lag ganz wo anders als beim 2. Anlauf von Gady angegeben!!! Die Reparatur kostete lediglich die Hälfte und nun ist der Fehler behoben. PS: da ich mich weigerte für die zweite Fehlerursache zu bezahlen, für die ich ja schon bei der ersten Reparatur bezahlte, wurde mir sofort mit Anwalt, Inkasso, etc. gedroht! Auf die Frage ob ich mit der Geschäftsführung sprechen dürfe, erhielt ich die Antwort "die interessiert das nicht"! Wenn ich könnte, würde ich mit Null Sternen bewerten. Absolute disaster! I went to this Gady store to repair a used car! At first just under € 1000 was billed for the repair of a loss of oil, so far so good. Shortly afterwards I realized that the problem or the defect had not been fixed, so I drove back to the branch immediately and complained about the repair. A few hours later, the gentlemen came it that the oil loss has a different origin ..... can happen even once! The real cheek is that ZERO goodwill was shown with regard to the unlawful and inadequate first repair, on the contrary! Now another € 120, - was billed for the repeated troubleshooting, and a cost estimate for a new repair in the amount of € 1,200, - was made !!!!! The repair was then carried out at a competent specialist workshop and you can guess 3 times = the actual defect was completely different from what Gady stated at the second attempt! The repair cost only half and now the error is fixed. PS: since I refused to pay for the second cause of the error, for which I already paid for the first repair, I was immediately threatened with a lawyer, debt collection, etc.! When asked if I could speak to the management, I received the answer "They don't care"! If I could I would rate it with zero stars.

Die uebergabe unseres neuwagen war ein absolutes Erlebnis und der blumenstrauss in der wagenfarbe ein weiteres Highlight! The whole team is just awesome! Competent and courteous polite! The handover of our new car was an absolute experience and the bouquet of flowers in the same color as the car was another highlight!
