Unverschämt. Ein Telefonanruf als der eigentlich einen Kauf eines nicht ganz günstigen Produktes einleiten sollte wurde nachdem ich mich nur mit Namen und schönen guten Morgen wie am Telefon üblich vorgestellt habe, mit : schnöll schnöll schnöll i hob no a G'spräch auf der and'ren Leitung, abgewürgt. Danke vielmals, das brauch nicht um 300.-- auszugeben, bleiben Sie doch einfach weg vom Telefon, wenn sie nicht telefonieren wollen.

Also der Verkäufer hier ist so letztklassig wie das Zeugs, das er verkauft. Außerdem hatte er eine Alkoholfahne. Schade, ich hatte das Geschäft von früher her als noble Parfümerie in Erinnerung. Sollte man nicht auf Touristen loslassen.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star, because of the mean racist owner. This guy is not reflecting the Austrian spirit.

Proprietario estremamente scortese e poco disponibile inadatto al commercio. The owner of the shop was extremely bad mannered for no reason. With me and with others. Today is Christmas day!

The mean, unfriendly owner should be condemned. He cheated an Asian old man to pay more. This store does not even deserve 1 star.

Typical souvenir shop and mean owner. I tried to talk to him but he didn't listen to me and ignored. He only talked to me when he wanted to humiliate me. The WORST memory during my trip ever.

I came to find this shop on the Internet by pure curiosity as I was very badly treated by its owner. How intresting to see I am not the first one and probably not the last one this racist (and I am a white european girl, but I do not even want to imagine how he treats people from other nationalities...) tries to put in a bad mood. I wanted to buy a fridge magnet for 4.90€ but didn’t have cash on me so decided to pay with a credit card. He refused saying it has to be minimum 10€. I refused to buy at all and thought the story will end there but instead he insulted me saying I should know that in Europe one should travel with money. Well, sir, if you are reading this, know that I live in Europe, I work for Europe and I travel more then you could even dream of. Anywhere I go I can pay with a mobile phone or credit card through a contactless systeme. If you are not updated in your profession and do not satisfy your customer its your problem, I am happy you didn’t get a cent from me. It’s been a while noone talked to me like this and my day could have been spoiled because of this stupid guy. But then I realised that he should just be an unhappy men doing a wrong job in his life. I know lots of austrian people, I work with them and some are my friends. They are all very nice people. For the next “victims” of this sick person: do not judge all austrians upon him!
