Weil ich höflich meine Meinung mitgeteilt habe, wurde ich von MA mit eine Anzeige bedroht, obwohl ich auch mein Auto dort gewaschen habe. Und nach der Waschen nicht mal 5 Minuten vorbei. Schade man darf eigene Meinung mit MA nicht mitteilen! um Situation zu erklären. Bin immer gerne hin gefahren und öfter mein Auto dort gewaschen ☹️ Werde ich leider nicht mehr empfehlen Bin leider Enttäuscht ? Update: Hallo Liebe Shell Team, Zuerst möchte ich mich bedanken, dass sie mein Rezension wahr genommen haben. Möchte nicht jetzt MA oder den anderen Kunde beurteilen, wer jetzt recht hat. Mir geht es darum, dass diese MA sich nicht korrekt verhalten hat.Mann könnte es in Höflicher Art regeln.und anders formulieren, dass bei der Kunden zufrieden sind. Ich als Kunde wollte nur höflich um die Situation zu beruhigen und behilflich sein. Sonntag den 27.06.2021 / Nachmittag Lg Bas Had an incident at the car wash today. My concern is that this employee did not behave correctly. You could regulate it in a polite way. And put it another way, saying that the customers are satisfied. Da ich ein großes firmenauto habe und es immer sauber halten muss kam ich hierher sehr gerne obwohl die preise höher gegangen sind bei der Waschanlage. Es ist mir jetzt schon das 5te mal passiert das ich nachdem geld einwerfe in die Waschanlage entweder die pumpe nur wasser spuckt statt Schaum oder die bürste statt Reinigungsmittel wasser spuckt oder die pumpe sehr schwach ist und kein ordentliches wasser kommt?? Weder die pumpen noch irgendetwas wird geprüft seit paar wochen. Sehr schade bin immer sehr gerne gekommen extra vom 20ten bezirk ?? Until today, October 25th, 2021 it was my favorite car wash. Since I have a large company car and always have to keep it clean, I was happy to come here even though the prices for the car wash have gone up. It has happened to me for the 5th time now that after throwing money into the washing system, either the pump only spits water instead of foam or the brush spits water instead of cleaning agent or the pump is very weak and no proper water comes out?? Neither the pumps nor anything has been checked for a few weeks. It's a shame I always loved to come especially from the 20th district ??
