M	Mario Buchner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 16.07.2021 fuhr ich zu der Werkstatt um einen Kostenvoranschlag für meinen Schaden am Wohnmobil zu machen. Nach Besichtigung vom Chef, teilte er mir mit das er mir den KV nächste Woche mailen wird. Nach 2 Telefonaten wurde ich auf die nächste und nächste Woche vertröstet. 4 Wochen später rief ich wieder an und fragte wo das Problem denn sei, da meinte er ich werde in 15 min zurückgerufen, nach 3 Stunden und keinen Rückruf, rief ich wieder an wo mir vom Chef einfach aufgelegt wurde. am 26.08.2021, fuhr ich dann wieder nach Sbg und fragte den Chef persönlich, was denn nun ist, erst lief er mir davon, dann teilte er mir mit das er von der Wohnmobilfirma noch kein Angebot für die Originalteile erhalten hat, aber er bekommt sie bis spätestens Dienstag und er meldet sich dann. Bei dem Teilelieferanten rief ich an, der aber keinerlei anfrage von der Firma hatte, also war das schlicht weg gelogen. Heute Rief ich wieder an und wurde vom Chef beschimpft. Und sollte ich eine negative Bewertung abgeben dann wird er sich auch für mich eine negative Bewertung einfallen lassen. Also diese Firma ist aus meiner Sicht schlicht weg auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen ! On July 16, 2021 I drove to the workshop to make a cost estimate for my damage to the motorhome. After inspection by the boss, he informed me that he would email me the KV next week. After two phone calls, I was put off for the next and next week. 4 weeks later I called again and asked where the problem was, because he said I would be called back in 15 minutes, after 3 hours and no callback, I called again where the boss simply hung up on me. On August 26th, 2021, I went back to Sbg and asked the boss personally what was going on, first he ran away from me, then he informed me that he had not yet received an offer for the original parts from the motorhome company, but he got it you by Tuesday at the latest and he'll get in touch. I called the parts supplier, but they had no inquiry from the company, so that was simply a lie. Today I called again and was verbally abused by the boss. And if I give a negative rating then he will come up with a negative rating for me too. So, from my point of view, this company is simply not to be recommended!
C	Charly W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erster Eindruck war gut und machte einen Termin für die Montage einer Markise. Zeit zwischen Bestellung und Montage 1 Monat. Am besagten Montagetermin war dann leider keine Markise vorhanden. War anscheinend defekt. Wartezeit 1 Woche - das ist ärgerlich - habe diesen Urlaub keine Beschattung und keinen Regenschutz. Danke!! Also ich kann Better Car nicht weiterempfehlen. First impression was good and made an appointment to install an awning. Time between order and assembly 1 month. Unfortunately, there was no awning on the assembly date. Apparently it was broken. Waiting time 1 week - that's annoying - this vacation has no shade and no rain protection. Thanks!! So I can't recommend Better Car.

Was soll man da noch sagen?? My relative broke down with a VW bus in Italy. The boss drove off promptly and brought the bus and my relatives with him to Salzburg. What else can you say? ?
