L	Le Chaleur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr mieser Service. Wurde ca. 30 Minuten vor Betriebsschluss, mit der Begründung ich hätte nicht alle Papiere, abgewimmelt. Hab gleich nochmal alles kontrolliert und mich informiert: Papiere passen. Gleich nochmal hin und alles schwarz auf weiss gezeigt und wurde nur wieder abgewimmelt. Am nächsten Tag zu einer anderen Zulassungsstelle gefahren und Moped problemlos angemeldet. Very bad service. Was brushed off about 30 minutes before closing, on the grounds that I did not have all the papers. I checked everything again and informed me: papers fit. Right there again and everything was shown in black and white and was only brushed off again. The next day drove to another registration office and moped registered without any problems.

Die Öffnungszeiten von 07:00 - 17:30 sind für Arbeitnehmer perfekt! 5⭐?! At Bulls Invest I was ALWAYS served and advised quickly, competently and in a friendly manner. Even extra requests are gladly fulfilled here. The opening times from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. are perfect for employees! 5⭐?!

Alles super und ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Very nice team. Had to have something changed in the registration form for my boss. Was done in 8 minutes. Everything was great and there was enough parking space in front of the house.
L	LMW “Lilalukie” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessionell, inkompetent und unhöflich. Kam mit vollständigen Unterlagen zur Zulassungsstelle und wurde mit einer falschen Begründung wieder weggeschickt. Hab dann alles nochmal mit den Behörden und dem Autohaus abgeglichen und es war alles in Ordnung. Auf Bitte mit meinem Händler zu telefonieren wurde nur geantwortet "Das ist ja nochmal schöner, wir rennen niemand hinterher." Und das obwohl der Fehler nicht bei mir lag! Auf Nachfrage mit einem anderen Mitarbeiter zu reden wurde gelacht und ich habe im Hintergrund gehört mit was für einem unverschämten Wortlaut, die Situation abgesprochen wurde. Unfassbar! Als mein Händler netterweise dort angerufen hat, haben sie den Fehler eingestanden. Ich bin allerdings zu einer anderen Zulassungsstelle (selbe Unterlagen), und es war in 10 Minuten erledigt. Unprofessional, incompetent and rude. Came to the admissions office with complete documents and was sent away with the wrong reason. Then I checked everything again with the authorities and the dealership and everything was fine. When I was asked to phone my dealer, the only answer was "That's even better, we don't run after anyone." Even though the fault wasn't mine! When asked to talk to another employee, people laughed and I heard in the background what an outrageous wording the situation was discussed. Incomprehensible! When my dealer kindly called there, they admitted the mistake. However, I went to a different admission office (same documents) and it was done in 10 minutes.
B	Betten Baron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Anliegen wurde rasch und richtig bearbeitet. Die Damen und Herren der Zulassungsstelle waren sehr zuvorkommend und kamen sehr kompetent rüber. Für den großen Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe gibts einen Extra Stern! My request was dealt with quickly and correctly. The ladies and gentlemen at the admissions office were very courteous and came across as very competent. There is an extra star for the large parking lot right in front of the door!

Von meiner Seite aus ein ganz normaler freundlicher Gesprächseinstieg, ich möchte mein Auto abmelden, brauche einen Löschungsvermerk und das war’s. Daraufhin wurde ich mit einem Ton behandelt den ich meinen Kunden niemals im Entferntesten zumuten würde, dass ich noch einen Eigentumsvermerk brauche. Auf meine Frage ob die Dame mir sagen könnte wo ich so etwas herbekomme, bekam ich bloß die Antwort das habe ich ihnen bereits erklärt , dass sie diesen bräuchte und sonst nichts tun kann. War daraufhin bei einer anderen Zulassungsstelle hier hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Vielleicht sollten die Chefitäten ihren Mitarbeiterinnen auch mal Umgang mit Kunden beibringen und nicht bloß seine gutaussehende Bürodame einstellen. Danke, aber nein danke! Seldom experienced anything so unfriendly and unprofessional. From my side, a normal, friendly start of the conversation, I want to deregister my car, I need a deletion notice and that's it. Thereupon I was treated with a tone that I would never even remotely expect my customers to need an ownership notice. When I asked if the lady could tell me where I can get something like that, I just got the answer that I have already explained to you, that she needs it and cannot do anything else. Then went to another registration office here, everything went smoothly. Perhaps the bosses should also teach their employees how to deal with customers and not just hire his good-looking office lady. No thank you!

I was a little nervous about dealing with this stuff in German, but they made everything really straightforward. [uncool] the girl who served me was also incredibly beautiful. OMG. I really want to go back and ask her out for a coffee, but, alas, the coward I am will never allow it. [/uncool]
