Nettes, freundliches Personal
Natürlich kann es auch mal passieren dass der "Wunschfriseur/inn" gerade einen Kunden bedient und man etwas warten muss aber zumeist gibt es wirklich keine langen Wartezeiten!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haare färben bzw blondieren geht gar nicht. Komplett falsche Farbe. Keine Einsicht der Friseurin. Wollte nur Spitze schneiden kam dann ein Stufenschnitt heraus. Farbe falsch langhaarig Schnitt abgeschnitten und dann auch noch Locken geföhnt obwohl ich das nicht wollte. Alles in allem bin ich sehr unzufrieden und bin mit dem Ergebnis total unglücklich. Hab dem Betrieb auch angezeigt bei der Innung.
You can't dye or bleach your hair at all. Completely wrong color. No insight from the hairdresser. I only wanted to cut the tip, then a step cut came out. Color wrong long-hair cut cut off and then blow-dried the curls although I didn't want that. All in all, I am very dissatisfied and totally unhappy with the result. I also reported to the company at the guild.
