Komm gerne wieder. I was in the salon on Saturday. The hairdressers are always friendly even when there is a lot going on. I am very HAPPY every time I leave the salon. Please come back again.

This was the first time I went to a Klipp branch and I am very satisfied with the haircut, (result) ..... value for money Pleasant friendly advice ...
R	Rita H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kam Spitzenschneiden um 17:15und wurde schon mit Missmut empfangen weil ‚um 18:00 zugesperrt wird‘. Um 17:30 kam ein Mann mit zwei Kindern bei denen ‚nur noch Zeit für einen‘ war trotz 3 Friseurinnen im Salon. Bei mir wurden die Haare mit wenig Spliss hinten viel kürzer (10 statt 4cm weniger) als gewollt und die vorderen, die es nötig hatten, kaum geschnitten. Die Nachfrage ‚obs eh passt‘ war eher schnippisch und kam erst nachdem die Haare schon ab waren. Hab mich schon lange nicht mehr so unwohl gefühlt nach einem Haarschnitt. Came to cutting at 5:15 p.m. and was greeted with displeasure because 'locked at 6 p.m.'. At 5:30 p.m. came a man with two children who had 'only time for one' despite 3 hairdressers in the salon. For me, the hair with little split ends was much shorter at the back (10 instead of 4 cm less) than wanted and the front ones that needed it were hardly cut. The demand 'whether it fits anyway' was rather snappy and only came after the hair was already off. Have not felt so uncomfortable for a long time after a haircut.
