★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Terminvergabe geht ziemlich schnell. Die Massage war super und man kann ziemlich gut entspannen, gerade in den eigenen vier Wänden ohne Fahrstress etc, wirklich top ?
Appointments are made pretty quickly. The massage was great and you can relax quite well, especially in your own four walls without driving stress etc., really great ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Termin war vereinbart, der wurde ihrerseits abgesagt. Seitdem kommt leider keine Reaktion mehr. Haben mehrere Wochen über Mail und Telefon versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen und wieder einen Termin zu vereinbaren, leider erfolglos. Es kommt keine Antwort und auch kein Rückruf bzw wird gar nicht erst abgehoben. Sehr schade und unprofessionell. Aber unsere Geduld ist auch mal zu Ende, wir suchen uns jemand anderen.
An appointment was made, which was canceled in turn. Unfortunately there has been no response since then. Have tried for several weeks via email and phone to get in touch and make an appointment again, unfortunately without success. There is no answer and no call back or not even picked up. Very unfortunate and unprofessional. But sometimes our patience is over, we look for someone else.
