F	Franz-Josef Schögl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quantität vor Qualität ist hier die Devise. Sehr viele Behandlungen die mehrheitlich jedoch unnötig sind bzw. nicht zum Ziel führen. Highlights waren eine Arztin die mich nicht ernst genommen hat und ziemlich herablassend und unfreundlich war und eine Massage wo die Massierende nebenbei ein Viertel der Zeit am Handy war und nur mit einer Hand massiert hat. Auf mich, meine Bedürfnisse und meine Anliegen sind nur die wenigsten eingegangen - mehrheitlich wird nur das Standardprogramm mit geringstem Aufwand durchgezogen. Nicht zu empfehlen! The motto here is quantity over quality. Many treatments, most of which are unnecessary or do not lead to the goal. Highlights were a doctor who did not take me seriously and was quite condescending and unfriendly and a massage where the massager was on the phone for a quarter of the time and only massaged with one hand. Only very few responded to me, my needs and my concerns - in the majority only the standard program is carried out with the least amount of effort. Not recommendable!
I	Ingrid Bruckner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Zimmer und das Bad im Altbau sind sehr, sehr klein und sehr alt, von Komfort kann man hier nur träumen. Ich hatte ein Problem in meinem Zimmer an der Rezeption gemeldet, man versprach mir sich um die Sache zu kümmern, habe aber die restlichen 21 Tage nix mehr davon gehört!!! Zimmer sehr hellhörig, z.B. Schnarchen vom Zimmer unter mir... Das Essen: na ja.....es gab zu jedem Gericht als Gemüsebeilage fast nur Karotten, Karotten und wieder Karotten!!! Therapien: Es gab einige Therapeuten die durch die FFP2 Maske sehr nach Zigaretten gerochen haben, was sehr unangenehm war.... Quantität vor Qualität ...Standardtherapien wie Moorpackungen, Strom, Paraffin, etc. werden mit geringsten Aufwand durchgeführt. Da ich einige andere Häuser auch schon kennengelernt habe gibt es von mir definitiv keine Weiterempfehlung für den Schallerbacherhof. The room and the bathroom in the old building are very, very small and very old, one can only dream of comfort here. I had reported a problem in my room at the reception, they promised to take care of the matter, but didn't hear about it for the remaining 21 days! Room very noisy, e.g. snoring from the room below me ... The food: well ... with every dish there was almost only carrots, carrots and again carrots as a vegetable side dish! Therapies: There were some therapists who smelled a lot of cigarettes through the FFP2 mask, which was very unpleasant ... Quantity before quality ... Standard therapies such as mud packs, electricity, paraffin, etc. are carried out with the least amount of effort. Since I have already got to know some other houses, I definitely do not recommend the Schallerbacherhof.
M	Margareta Wimmer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo, ich war im Juni hier. Ich finde, es war alles super. ? Die Zimmer super sauber. Das Essen je nach Diät entsprechend gut. Das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich. Die Therapeuten sind sehr kompetent. Sie gehen sehr professionell auf einen Patienten ein. Man kann gleich sagen, wenn etwas nicht passt, oder zu viel schmerzt. Auch meine Ärztin war sehr bemüht, daß ich die passende Behandlung bekomme. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. ? Da ich eine Wiederholungsreha machen muss bzw darf, freue ich mich schon sehr darauf. Ich bin so froh, daß man in Österreich solche tollen Leistungen von der SVS bekommt. Margareta Hello, I was here in June. I think it was all great. ? The rooms were super clean. The food is accordingly good, depending on the diet. The service staff was very friendly. The therapists are very competent. You approach a patient very professionally. You can tell right away if something doesn't fit or hurts too much. My doctor also went to great lengths to ensure that I received the right treatment. I felt very well looked after. ? Since I have to or may do a repeat rehabilitation, I'm really looking forward to it. I am so happy that you get such great performances from the SVS in Austria. Margareta
A	Alexander Höfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wundere mich, warum für eine derartige Institution der SVS so wenige Rezessionen vorhanden sind - ich hoffe das wird kein Reinfall! was bereits erschreckend ist, ist, dass bei einem Klinikum nicht einmal eigene Parkplätze vorhanden sind - als Kniepatient nicht von Vorteil. Ich denke die SVS müsste hier munter werden, die handeln Personen sind aber für den normalen Bürger nicht greifbar! Trotzdem muss man eine Empfehlung an das gesamte Team (von Küche/Rezeption bis zum gesamten Medizinischen Personal) aussprechen. I wonder why there are so few recessions for such an institution of the SVS - I hope it won't be a flop! what is already frightening is that a clinic does not even have its own parking spaces - not an advantage as a knee patient. I think the SVS would have to perk up here, but the people involved are not tangible for the normal citizen! Nevertheless, you have to make a recommendation to the entire team (from the kitchen/reception to the entire medical staff).
