UND mir sofort gesagt wurde, man könne obwohl nur 1 Std. Später nichts umtauschen ohne den Kassenzettel. OBWOHL ICH DIE VERKÄUFERIN AUCH GEFRAGT HABE, OB ICH NACH DEM ICH PROBIERT HABE ES zurück bringen kann. Lustiger Weise stellte ich später fest, dass die VERKÄUFERIN sogar den Verkaufszettel bei der Kasse ohne Probleme einfach eine Kopie erstellen konnte. Des weiteren möchte ich anmerken, dass meine Rechnungen auch noch gespeichert werden über das Punktesammelsystem. Aus diesem Grund sehe ich die Bemerkung man könne nicht Umtauschen wegen fehlender Rechnung als entbehrlich. Den die VERKÄUFERIN hätte nur einfach ein Dublikat meiner Rechnung ausdrucken müssen, was sie auch später machte. Vielleicht hätte man hier einwenig mehr auf den Kunden Rücksicht nehmen können. Later, I found out, amusingly, that the SALESMAN could even make a copy of the sales slip at the checkout without any problems. Furthermore, I would like to note that my invoices are also saved via the points collection system. For this reason, I see the comment that you cannot exchange because of the missing invoice as dispensable. The SALESMAN simply had to print out a duplicate of my invoice, which she did later. Maybe you could have been a little more considerate of the customer here.
