R	Ruedi Hug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja Billa oder REWE, gehe da nur noch einkaufen, wenn ich die Produkte sonst Nirgends bekommen kann. Bin mit den dauernden und versteckten Preiserhöhungen nicht einverstanden. Beim Billa ist es eher Zufall, dass ich auf nettes, kompetentes Personal treffe, falls ich den Personal außer bei der Feinkost oder Kassa antreffe. Und was ich wirklich nicht verstehen kann, ist die Tatsache, das die gleichen Produkte und ebenfalls bei REWE, in Deutschland deutlich günstiger bekommen kann und das wo doch die Deutschen Gehälter meist deutlich höher sind als in Österreich. Komme mir bei Billa vor wie ein Tourist den man ausplündern kann oder eine Kuh die gemolken wird, wie auch immer! Wenn die Politiker in Österreich nicht fähig sind einen sinnvollen Konsumenten Schutz aufzubauen, kann ich solche Firmen nur durch wegbleiben meiden und wenn das genug Andere auch machen gibt es vielleicht mal ein Konzernumdenken oder? Yes, Billa or REWE, only go shopping there if I can't get the products anywhere else. I do not agree with the constant and hidden price increases. At the Billa it is more of a coincidence that I meet nice, competent staff if I happen to meet the staff except at the delicatessen or cash desk. And what I really can't understand is the fact that the same products and also from REWE can be obtained much cheaper in Germany and that where German salaries are usually significantly higher than in Austria. At Billa I feel like a tourist who can be plundered or a cow that is milked, whatever! If the politicians in Austria are not able to build up a meaningful consumer protection, I can only avoid such companies by staying away and if enough others do that too, there might be a corporate rethinking right?

Ich habe in meiner unmittelbaren Umgebung 4 Billafilialen. 2 total gut sauberes gepflegtes Angebot. 2 zum vergessen. Problem ist das Personal. Aber es muss ohnehin jeder für sich seine Erfahrungen machen. You cannot rate Billa branches in general. It's so different. I have 4 Billa branches in my immediate vicinity. 2 totally good clean neat offer. 2 to forget. The problem is the staff. But everyone has to make their own experiences anyway.

Sonst wie fast alle Billafilialen einheitlich strukturiert und der Größe angepasstes Warenangebot. Meide kleine Filalen da dort immer genau jene Produkte fehlen auf dich ich wert lege. In dieser Filiale bekomme ich zu 80% was ich suche. Friendly staff, clean, large branch, large parking lot. Otherwise, like almost all Billa branches, uniformly structured and the range of goods adapted to the size. Avoid small branches because there are always exactly those products that I value that are missing. In this branch I get 80% of what I'm looking for.
