★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlichkeit top, Sortiment ok, aber wenn man was spezielles braucht, hilft auch hundert mal Fragen nicht, sie bekommen es nicht , obwohl ich das Zeug dauernd im viel Geld im Internet bestellen muss. Anscheinend ist Kundenzufriedenheit und Umsatz nicht die Maxime dieses Unternehmens. Ansonsten sind sie sehr freundlich aber lassen sich durch gar nix stören, bis sie diese eine Aufgabe erledigt haben. Fast wie bei einer Magistratabteilung.
Friendliness top, assortment ok, but if you need something special, asking a hundred times doesn't help, you don't get it, although I have to order the stuff on the internet all the time. Apparently, customer satisfaction and sales are not this company's maxim. Otherwise they are very friendly but don't let anything bother you until they have completed this one task. Almost like a municipal department.
