M	Markus G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eine AI Prime HD 16 gekauft, leider ist diese 10-Fach so laut wie das Vorgängermodell. Einsenden zum Hersteller möglich, aber eine Austauschlampe für die Zeit ist unmöglich, meine Korallen würden somit sterben - vor allem mit dem Ergebnis dass die Lampe einfach viel zu Laut ist. Daraufhin möchte ich von meinem Rückgaberecht gebrauch machen, was mir der Inhaber verweigert und mit Falschaussagen kommt "Bestellware ist von der Rückgabe ausgeschlossen". Da es ja ein "großer Onlineshop" ist, kann das kein Unwissen sondern vorsätzliches Lügen gegenüber den Kunden sein. Auf den Hinweis dass es sehr wohl ein Fernabsatzgeschäft ist kommt keine Rückmeldung des Inhabers/oder einem anderen Mitarbeiter. Ich dachte kauf wenigstens in Österreich und nicht bei anderen, aber so wird man dafür bestraft :) I bought an AI Prime HD 16, unfortunately this 10-way is as loud as the previous model. It can be sent to the manufacturer, but a replacement lamp for the time being is impossible, my corals would die - especially with the result that the lamp is simply too loud. Then I would like to make use of my right of return, which the owner refuses to do and comes with false statements: "Ordered goods are excluded from the return". Since it is a "big online shop", it cannot be ignorance but deliberate lying to customers. On the hint that it is a distance selling transaction, there is no feedback from the owner / or another employee. I thought at least buy in Austria and not from others, but that's how you get punished for it :)

Ich habe gestern einen top fitten weißkehldoktor erhalten und war wie die anderen Male davor super zufrieden mit der Qualität immer wieder gerne?? I now only get my fish here, because I get great advice every time, the delivery is quick and the animals are very fit and beautiful. Mir wurde ein Doktorfisch und 5 Fahnenbarsche angedreht und 2 Acropora Stöcke… Leider keine Ahnung gehabt und mich auf Beratung verlassen.. Zuhause beim Informieren dann den Schock gehabt! Acropora hatten Flachwürmer und waren am nächsten morgen Schneeweiß, Fahnenbarsche haben sich durchgehend gejagt bis 2 aus dem Becken gesprungen sind.. Nie wieder! Turns you on garbage! Pure money making Been there as a complete beginner, said several times: beginner, 180L tank. I was hooked on a surgeonfish and 5 anthias and 2 acropora sticks... Unfortunately, I had no idea and relied on advice. At home when I was informed, I was shocked! Acropora had flatworms and were snow white the next morning, anthias were chasing each other until 2 jumped out of the tank.. Never again!

Die Tiere sind immer gesund und in Top Zustand. Aber nicht nur die Tiere sondern auch das Service hat alle Sterne verdient. Man nimmt sich immer Zeit für die Kunden und beantwortet jede Frage. Ich persönlich bin blutige Anfängerin beim Thema Aquaristik und habe mich hier bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten wenn es mal ein akutes Problem oder einfach eine Frage gibt wird mir immer geholfen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall noch länger Kundin bleiben, ich fühle mich bei dasRiff absolut wohl und willkommen! Super shop! The selection is great and if something isn't available, it can be ordered for you if possible. The animals are always healthy and in top condition. But not only the animals but also the service has earned all the stars. You always take time for customers and answer every question. Personally, I am a complete beginner when it comes to aquaristics and felt that I was in good hands here. Even outside of business hours, if there is an acute problem or just a question, I am always helped. I will definitely stay a longer customer, I feel absolutely comfortable and welcome at dasRiff!

Meine Bestellung nach Tirol kam sehr schnell an und die Korallen wurden sehr sorgfältig verpackt :) (samt Wärmepads usw) Ich werde hier auf jeden Fall noch des öfteren bestellen. Super shop! Large selection and top quality! My order to Tyrol arrived very quickly and the corals were packed very carefully :) (including heat pads, etc.) I will definitely order more often here.

In der Meinung diese Lampe sei auf Lager, ging ich von der angegebenen Lieferzeit von max 8 Werktagen aus... leider kam die Lampe erst fast 4 Wochen später; da auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt wurde, dass sie erst beim Hersteller bestellt werden musste. In dringenden Fällen ist das sehr unangenehm. Ordered a lamp online that was 'available from central warehouse'. In the opinion that this lamp was in stock, I assumed the specified delivery time of max. 8 working days... unfortunately the lamp did not arrive until almost 4 weeks later; because when asked, it was stated that it first had to be ordered from the manufacturer. In urgent cases this is very inconvenient.
