E	Erwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room in the hotel was very modern, clean and comfortable. Free parking is available at the entrance and the receptionist was very friendly. The bus stops in front of the hotel, from which is a 15-20 minute ride to the city centre of Salszburg (line 1 and 8).
C	Charm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staff are accommodating and kind. The place is well maintained and clean. Spacious room. Good interior. Good value for money.
S	Simon Weissenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has some very nice rooms, however it is not worth the outrageous price. The staff is not very courteous and the info the hotel has given Booking.com is incorrect. They claim that they have free parking, but the few spots available in the front are not sufficient for even half the guests so the garage is an extra fee. When asked the receptionist informed me that the parking across the street at the stadium is free… The rooms don’t even have drinking glasses nor kettles for coffee and tea mentioned on the info on Booking.con info. With the exorbitant prices the basic minimums should be covered. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
M	Mariam Galal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is really nice. Rooms are and recently renovated. The staff is very friendly and extra accommodating. They responded very positively on all our requests. The free parking in front of the hotel is a bonus. The breakfast is really delicious but limited probably due to the limited capacity in the pandemic. I definitely recommend the hotel for a nice stay in Salzburg.
V	Valentino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are really nice and the staff is friendly. But, the only issue that we've faced is that the room wasn't cleaned properly (few cobwebs and stains on the carpet).

Parking in the hotel is limited, so they ask you to park outside the property (is free but the space they have of their own is very limited). When the staff asked me how was my stay and I told them not so good regarding the parking, they answered me “but it was free why do you complain” … because it’s not what I booked for! We travel with 2 dogs and they charged 15€ per dog per night (in booking this amount is not shown). Staff not helpful at all: I asked if service dogs payed the same rate -I imagined service dogs would be free-, but she had no idea what I was talking about and told me that they did. Regarding Covid: despite at the door it said you have to wear a mask nobody did it inside the hotel. I guess they were all vaccinated.
F	Frida the Traveling Dog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regarding ? dog friendly: 15€ per dog, per night (booking.com don’t provide this specific information). I asked if service dogs payed the same rate and the lady had no idea what I was taking about. No benefit for your pup at all. Regarding the hotel it was fine, note that the parking space in the hotel is super limited and they may ask you to park some streets away (free of charge, but not in the hotel itself). Personally I would tell you if you can, chose another hotel.
A	Aya Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arriving, we got a room, which wasn't cleaned at all. When we asked the reception, they gave us another one (this one was cleaned, or it seemed, however there were some used tights on the table, so I wonder about their cleaning standards). While booking, the reservation stated we would only need to pay 2$ extra upon checking in (city tax), however they charged us for 7€.
