★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3x hintereinander bei Werkstattbesuch über den Tisch gezogen worden - hart an der Grenze zum Betrug.
Bei Reifenwechsel werden Glühbirnen getauscht/verrechnet die nicht defekt waren, beim Angebots-Ölwechsel wurde gegen meinen ausdrücklichen Wunsch das teuerste Öl eingefüllt und auch verrechnet. Nach Rücksprache mit anderer Werkstatt und VW wäre das nicht notwendig gewesen. Ich hatte extra meine Handynummer dagelassen falls unerwartete Probleme auftreten - informiert wurde ich jedoch nicht. Zum Trost gab es eine Probepackung Scheibenfrostschutz.
Schade, dass man nicht null Sterne geben kann.
Was ripped off 3 times in a row when visiting the workshop - on the verge of fraud.
When changing tires, lightbulbs that were not defective are exchanged / charged. When changing the oil, the most expensive oil was filled in and charged against my express request. After consulting another workshop and VW, this would not have been necessary. I had left my cell phone number with me in case unexpected problems occurred - but I was not informed. As a consolation there was a sample pack of windscreen antifreeze.
It's a shame that you can't give zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal desinteressiert, Der Fahrradbereich ist totaler Quatsch. Gar kein Profizubehör, billig Qualität zum teuren Preis. Da kann man sich auch gleich beim Hofer Fahrradzubehör kaufen. Nächstes Mal fahre ich lieber 30km nach Graz und geh in ein richtiges Fahrradgeschäft
Disinterested staff, the bike area is total nonsense. No professional accessories at all, cheap quality at an expensive price. You can also buy bicycle accessories from Hofer. Next time I prefer to drive 30km to Graz and go to a real bike shop
