★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guten Abend, also ich muss sagen bin sehr sehr enttäuscht von diesem Autohaus weil gestern bin ich mit Frau und Kind fast 180km hin und retour zu euch gefahren um uns ein neues Familienfahrzeug anzuschauen das wir im Internet gesehen haben. Als ich mit meiner Tochter das Autohaus betrat saß ein älterer Herr links in seinem Verkaufsbüro und ich fragte ihn ob wir vorne draußen ein Auto besichtigen dürften das wir im Netz gesehen haben . Er sagte mir das das Auto schon verkauft seih und sie nur warten auf das die Finanzierung bei dem Käufer durch geht. Falls nicht würde er sich heute bei mir melden. Bis dato hat sich niemand bei mir gemeldet und was mich ziemlich ärgert ist das dieser Verkäufer sich nicht mal die mühe macht uns ein anderes Auto anzubieten oder sich von seinem Bürostuhl begibt und mit uns rausgeht! Also sowas hab ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt denn das schadet ihrer Firma und Kundenzufriedenheit 0.

 Good evening, so I have to say I am very very disappointed with this dealership because yesterday I drove almost 180km there and back with my wife and child to look at a new family vehicle that we saw on the Internet. When I entered the dealership with my daughter, an elderly man was sitting on the left in his sales office and I asked him if we could inspect a car outside that we had seen on the net. He told me the car had already been sold and they were just waiting for the buyer to go through the financing. If not, he would contact me today. So far nobody has contacted me and what annoys me is that this seller doesn't even bother to offer us another car or leave his office chair and go out with us! Well, I haven't seen something like that for a long time because it harms your company and customer satisfaction 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für was ich mein Auto dort in die Werkstatt gestellt hab ist mir rätselhaft, denn gemacht wurde nichts. Zumindest hat es nichts gekostet.
Telefonieren ist mit den Mitarbeitern dort auch alles andere als gut. Kein Rückruf, gerade beschäftigt, momentan nicht hier usw.
Lieber in eine richtige Werkstatt, wo auch noch auf die Kundenzufriedenheit von "nur Gebrauchtwagenbesitzern" wert gelegt wird.
What I put my car in the workshop for is a mystery to me, because nothing was done. At least it didn't cost anything.
Telephoning with the employees there is also anything but good. No call back, busy, not here at the moment etc.
Better to go to a real workshop, where customer satisfaction from "only used car owners" is valued.
