Im Internet sah der Neuwagen sehr vielversprechend aus, auch bei der ersten Besichtigung war der Verkäufer zwar sehr kurz angebunden und kannte sich beim Auto nicht gut aus, aber der Galaxy selbst war ok. Nach der Anzahlung wollten wir das Auto abholen und ich fragte nebenbei noch einmal nach, wie das selbstlenkende System funktioniert (Vorhandensein war ausgewiesen im Internet und vom Verkäufer bestätigt). Erst da wurde langsam klar, dass das Fahrzeug NICHT über die Ausstattung verfügt, die angegeben und vom Verkäufer bestätigt wurde. Mittlerweile wurde diese eine Zeile entfernt; was sonst noch nicht der Wahrheit entspricht, kann ich nicht sagen. Auf die Rückzahlung der Anzahlung warten wir immer noch, ein Anwalt wurde eingeschalten. Auf Mails und Nachfragen wurde NIE reagiert, weder vom Verkäufer, noch vom Geschäftsführer. Keep your eyes open when buying a car! We wanted to buy a new Ford Galaxy and paid for it. The new car looked very promising on the Internet, and the seller was very brief and did not know the car very well, even at the first inspection, but the Galaxy itself was ok. After the down payment we wanted to pick up the car and I also asked again how the self-steering system works (existence was shown on the Internet and confirmed by the seller). Only then did it slowly become clear that the vehicle does NOT have the equipment that was specified and confirmed by the seller. In the meantime this one line has been removed; I can't say anything else that's not true. We are still waiting for the deposit to be repaid, a lawyer has been called in. E-mails and inquiries were NEVER responded to, neither from the seller nor the manager.
