Das ganze zum Arbeitspreis (ohne Material) von € 10,--. Top Service. Turned up there today with my e-bike with a broken chain and 15 minutes later I was able to continue cycling with a new chain. The whole thing for the working price (without material) of € 10, -. Top service.
C	Christian Schirnhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unser Rad (Tandem) war eine Woche dort. Auftrag: Kette erneuern, Schaltung einstellen. Ich bekam keine Rückmeldung. Dann hab ich Angerufen. Angeblich bis auf die Schaltung fertig, die lässt sich nicht einstellen. Hab es abgeholt und dort erfahren das sie keine Kette haben die lang genug ist. Also haben sie eine woche lang nichts gemacht. Bin dann direkt zum Intersport. Der hat 2 Ketten zusammen genietet. Verrechnete Arbeitszeit, ganze 7 minuten. Wir haben das Rad direkt wieder mitnehmen können. Hatte den eindruck, das sie sich nicht auskennen oder einfach nicht wollen. Our bike (tandem) was there for a week. Order: replace chain, adjust gear shift. I got no response. Then I called. Allegedly finished except for the circuit, which cannot be adjusted. I picked it up and found out there that they don't have a chain that is long enough. So they didn't do anything for a week. Then I went straight to Intersport. He riveted 2 chains together. Calculated working time, a full 7 minutes. We were able to take the bike back with us. Got the impression that they don't know their way around or just don't want to.
