★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neues Moped gekauft im Juli, seit dem steht es nur in der Werkstatt. Dann heute der ober Hit. Die Werkstatt ruft an und wollte einen verständlich machen, dass es normal ist das man ein Moped schon bei leichten bergauf anschieben muss bis es läuft, da es von 0-16 km/h nicht wirklich beisst. Fragte nicht allen ernstes der Mitarbeiter ob er nun auf suche gehen soll bis er den Fehler gefunden hat. Bis jetzt nach fast 5 Monaten keine Lösung gefunden und keine Kulanz dieser Firma! Ich habe gehofft, dass sie sich gebessert hat, bin eines besseren belehrt worden. Nie wieder was bei Forstinger kaufen!
Bought a new moped in July, since then it's only been in the workshop. Then today the top hit. The workshop calls and wanted to make you understand that it is normal that you have to push a moped uphill until it starts to run, because it doesn't really bite from 0-16 km / h. Didn't ask the employee in all seriousness whether he should go looking until he found the error. So far, after almost 5 months, no solution has been found and no goodwill from this company! I hoped that she would have improved, have been taught better. Never again buy anything from Forstinger!
