★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais super competentes . O Sr. Tiago, que fez toda a parte burocrática com a Júlia , infelizmente não sei o sobrenome deles , foram incansáveis comigo . Comunicação pessoal , via e-mail e Whattsapp perfeita . A equipe fez toda embalagem da minha mudança foi nota 1000 pq minha mudança foi enorme com muita louça , cristal , móveis … e não tivemos nenhum problema . Não economizaram no material para embalar meus pertences . Caso necessite fazer outra mudança , com certeza será com eles .
Super competent professionals. Mr. Tiago, who did all the bureaucratic part with Júlia, unfortunately I don't know their last name, they were tireless with me. Personal communication, via email and Whattsapp perfect. The team did all the packing of my move and it was a 1000 note because my move was huge with a lot of crockery, crystal, furniture… and we didn't have any problems. They didn't skimp on material to pack my belongings. If you need to make another change, it will certainly be with them.

I saw the MANY negative reviews of Santa Fe Relocation online, but decided to go with them anyway, as I was in a desperate situation due to the pandemic. I have regretted that decision many times since.
The communication was bad from the beginning. I was assigned 3-4 different contact people who did not communicate between them, meaning that I had to spend hours giving the same information to people in the same company. I was also promised pick up on a specific date, which was a condition to me paying the deposit. I was informed that everything was in order. However, a few days before the pick up, I was informed by another person that this would not be possible and that I needed to be flexible.
Furthermore, they refused to deliver at the agreed delivery date even though I had paid. When they finally delivered, they did not unpack as agreed and I had to pay to get all the packing materials removed. Furthermore, many items were broken.
