Ein Winterreifen wurde mit der falschen Laufrichtung montiert - musste erneut umgesteckt und gewuchtet werden. HIMMELSCHREIEND --> nie wieder!!!! Incredibly unprofessional since the staff were replaced. Rude anyway. A winter tire was mounted with the wrong direction - had to be repositioned and balanced. HEAVENLY SCREAMING -> never again !!!!
L	Lukas Schwarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Freundin hat ihr Moped neu bei Forstinger gekauft.(Roller Verino schwarz) Nach 3Tagen hat die Kontrolleuchte aufgeleuchtet, deshalb hat sie das Moped zu Forstinger (Vöcklabruck) gebracht, jedoch hatten beide Mechaniker gleichzeitig Urlaub, deshalb musste sie 2Wochen warten. Nach den 2 Wochen hatten beide Mechaniker ihr Moped trotzdem nicht einmal angesehen. Sie reagierten auch nach mehrmaligen Anrufen und Besuchen nicht. Nach 3 Wochen hatten sie endlich geschaut was überhaupt kaputt ist. Dann bekam sie einen Anruf das sie es am Donnerstag (nach 3 Wochen) abholen könnte und es dann repariert wäre, doch sie bekam nur einen Anruf dass das Ersatzteil von dem Vergaser nicht da wäre aber alle Lieferanten sonstige andere Sachen geliefert hätten. Das heißt laut Forstinger Vöcklabruck meine Freundin (Verena G.) muss mehr als 4Wochen auf ihr Moped warten muss obwohl sie das Moped Verino erst 3 Tage vor Abgabe (zur Reperatur) gekauft hatte. My girlfriend has bought her moped new at Forstinger. (Roller Verino black) After 3 days, the indicator light lit up, so she brought the moped to Forstinger (Vöcklabruck), but both mechanics had vacation at the same time, so she had to wait 2 weeks. After the two weeks, both mechanics had not even looked at their moped. They did not respond even after repeated calls and visits. After 3 weeks they had finally looked what is broken at all. Then she got a call that she could pick it up on Thursday (after 3 weeks) and then it would be fixed, but she just got a call that the spare part of the carburetor was not there but all the suppliers had delivered other miscellaneous items. That means according to Forstinger Vöcklabruck my friend (Verena G.) must wait more than 4 weeks on her scooter although she had bought the moped Verino only 3 days before delivery (for repair).

Damit war jedoch der Mechaniker überfordert, er konnte es nicht, aber es wurden mir dafür 15 € verrechnet. Der Verkäufer sagte mir das dies gerechtfertigt sei, weil er ja eine gewisse Zeit dafür gebraucht hat, außerdem war er impertinent und unfreundlich. Ich kann nur jedem raten, sich dort nichts machen zu lassen weil sie unfähig sind. In einer Fachwerkstätte kann das jeder Lehrling !!! Was to change to summer tires here and thus should also TPMS be initialized. But that was not enough for the mechanic, he said It could not, but I was charged for 15 €. The seller I was told that this was justified because he had some time for it He was also impertinent and rude. I can only advise everyone not to let anything happen because they are incapable. In a workshop that every apprentice can !!!
T	Thomas Mairinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Ich war heute dort und wollte mir neue Reifen kaufen und montieren lassen, da mir einer kaputt wurde. Das erste was ich bekam war ein starkes Kopfschütteln des Verkäufers. Danach schnautzte er mich an, wieso man im Lockdown bitte Reifen kauft? Ein zweiter Mitarbeiter hat mich dann gefragt, wann ich die Reifen haben möchte. Ich darauf: sobald es möglich ist. Darauf der zweite wieder, was ich mir bloß vorstelle?! Als ob jetzt im Lockdown das möglich wäre. Ich bin dann natürlich gegangen. Ein paar hundert Meter weiter ist nämlich deren Konkurrenz und siehe da, bei denen waren genau die Reifen in 1-2 Tagen lieferbar. Manche Leute wollen anscheinen einfach kein Geschäft machen. Außerdem hat man es als Kunde definitiv nicht nötig sich so anschnautzen zu lassen, da es genügend Konkurrenz gibt. Meines erachtens an unprofessionalität nicht zu überbieten. I can't recommend it. I was there today and wanted to buy new tires and have them fitted because one of them broke. The first thing I got was a strong shake of the head from the salesman. Then he sniffed at me, why should you buy tires in lockdown? A second employee then asked me when I would like the tires. I respond as soon as possible. Then the second again, what I'm just imagining ?! As if that were possible now in lockdown. Then of course I left. A few hundred meters further is their competition and lo and behold, where exactly the tires were available in 1-2 days. Some people just don't seem to want to do business. In addition, as a customer, you definitely don't need to be pissed off like that because there is enough competition. In my opinion, unprofessionalism cannot be beaten.

Ich habe mir einen Radträger angeschaut wurde da auch sofort von einem netten Mann angesprochen und beraten. Beratung TOP jedoch musste ich gehen da es aus der Werkstatt extrem nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken hat ... Sowas kann doch nicht sein. Hab meinen Radträger dann woanders gekauft. I am still deeply shaken by my visit! I looked at a bike carrier and was immediately approached and advised by a nice man. Advice TOP but I had to go because the workshop smelled extremely of cigarette smoke ... Something like that can't be. Then I bought my bike carrier somewhere else.

Für Kurzarbeit gint es derzeit keinen Grund. Sozialschmarotzer nennt man so was in der Fachsprache. Man merke sich diese Firmen.... The juice shop really thinks it can close at 5pm. You drive 35 km there and back to buy new tires and they just closed. There is currently no reason for short-time work. Social parasites are called something in the technical jargon. Remember these companies...
