Alles was wir festgelegt und besprochen haben wurde Termingerecht und zu unserer vollständigen Zufriedenheit erledigt. Ich persönlich würde die Firma selbstverständlich wieder beauftragen und auch weiterempfehlen . So I can only say that I was very satisfied with the company. Wir haben jetzt eine Badewanne, ein Doppelwaschbecken und Waschmaschine + Trockner drinnen ohne uns beengt zu fühlen. Top Beratung und Umsetzung! Auch zwei weitere Familienmitglieder haben daraufhin ihre Bäder von der Firma Urich machen lassen und sind absolut zufrieden. The company has done a great job! We have a very small bathroom and they have nevertheless managed to fulfill all our wishes. We now have a bathtub, a double sink and a washer + dryer inside without feeling cramped. Top advice and implementation! Two other family members have also had their bathrooms made by Urich and are absolutely satisfied.

Fliesenlegen, Heizkörpertausch, Heizkreislauf auftrennen) wurde zur vollsten Zufriedenheit termingerecht ausgeführt. Jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen. So soll es sein! Friendly, very good customer service, striving for the customers and competent staff. The offer was neatly calculated, the work (renovating the bathroom and toilet including tiling, replacing radiators, separating the heating circuit) was carried out on schedule to our complete satisfaction. Always available for questions. That's how it should be!

Installateur war zwar sehr freundlich und hat seine Arbeit schnell verrichtet, jedoch wurden uns statt 40 min 1,5 Std Arbeitszeit verrechnet! Am Telefon dann die Aussage sie bekommen keine Lehrlinge, die kleinen Arbeiten sind ein Defizit, er muss Lager Arbeiter bezahlen usw. Was juckt mich das? Wäre nett gewesen im VORHINEIN zu Informieren das mind. 1,5 Std verrechnet werden dann hätte ich noch Arbeit für den Installateur gehabt. Absolute Frechheit sowas. Absolute joke. Totally exorbitant prices. Installer was very friendly and did his job quickly, but we were charged 1.5 hours instead of 40 minutes! Then on the phone the statement they get no apprentices, the small jobs are a deficit, he has to pay warehouse workers, etc. What does it bother me? Would have been nice to inform in advance that at least 1.5 hours will be charged then I would still have work for the installer. Absolute insolence.

Alles immer Top gemacht worden, von der Reparatur bis Service und vor allem mit den Mitarbeiter immer gut ausgekommen. Danke und weiter so. D	Dominik Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1300€ für den Anschluss eines Gläserspülers sind für mich absolut nicht nachvollziehbar!! Arbeitsumfang: 1) Ein Loch durch die Decke bohren für den Abfluss 2) ca. 2m Rohrleitungen verlegen für den Abluss 3) Gläserspüler anschließen Hierfür wurden 14 Mitarbeiterstunden verrechnet (2x7 Stunden). Im Vorhinein wurde nie kommuniziert, dass hier zwei Mitarbeiter nötig sind. Zudem ist mir absolut nicht klar warum ich für den Anschluss eines Gläserspülers zwei Personen benötige. Nach "vollendeter" Arbeit wären die beiden Techniker gleich gefahren ohne das Gerät überhaupt zu testen. Beim Test stellte sich dann heraus, dass die verlegten Leitungen undicht waren. Nach telefonischer Rückfrage war das einzige, dass mir Herr Urich anbieten konnte 2% Skonto - sehr kooperativ!! Nun hat es die Firma Urich tatsächlich geschafft, dass ich meine erste Bewertung auf Google verfasse - da gehört schon einiges dazu! 1300 € for the connection of a glass washer are absolutely incomprehensible to me! Scope of work: 1) Drill a hole through the ceiling for the drain 2) Lay approx. 2m of pipes for the drain 3) Connect the glass washer 14 employee hours were charged for this (2x7 hours). It was never communicated in advance that two employees were needed here. In addition, it is absolutely not clear to me why I need two people to connect a glass washer. When the work was "completed", the two technicians would have ridden the same way without testing the device at all. During the test it turned out that the laid lines were leaking. After a telephone inquiry, the only thing that Mr. Urich could offer me was a 2% discount - very cooperative! Now the Urich company has actually managed to get me to write my first review on Google - there is a lot involved!

Auch die Mitarbeiter dieser Firma waren 1A. Jederzeit wieder! The entire bathroom and kitchen installations have been carefully and professionally installed. From planning to completion, everything was fine. Also the employees of this company were 1A. Any time!
A	Alex W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben bei der Fa. Urich letztes Jahr im Sommer eine Pfand-Leichtgasflasche für den Griller gekauft. Als meine Freundin diese retournieren wollte, meinte der Mitarbeiter plötzlich dass er keinen Pfand retour gibt. Laut seinen Angaben wäre dass nur bei Vorlage eines Pfandschein möglich, wir könnten die Flasche jedoch sehr gerne bei ihnen „entsorgen“ bzw. da lassen. Bei den BP Tankstellen, Fa. Lothring, Obi ist das komischerweise auch ohne Rechnung / Pfandschein möglich. Zeigte uns dass dieser Kundenservice scheinbar nicht an oberster Stelle steht und daher ein absolutes NoGo. Auch wenn es um keine Unsummen geht ärgerten wir uns, da wir den Eindruck hatten wir werden übers „Ohr gehaun“. We bought a deposit light gas bottle for the grill from Urich last summer. When my girlfriend wanted to return it, the employee suddenly said that he would not return a deposit. Oddly enough, at the BP gas stations, Lothring, Obi, this is also possible without an invoice / deposit slip. Showed us that this customer service does not seem to be the top priority and therefore an absolute no-go. Even if it's not about huge sums, we were annoyed because we had the impression that we were being "cheated".
