Doch mal ganz ehrlich, Wer war schon mal in den Glaspalästen der großen deutschen Hersteller und wurde nicht schon mal enttäuscht weil man dort von oben herab behandelt wird, oder inkompetentes Personal einen zur Verzweiflung bringt?! Bei CARS & PARTS wird man von Vater & Sohn bedient und man merkt sofort dass die beiden wissen wovon Sie sprechen und ein profundes Wissen am US Car Sektor besitzen, und DASS ist gerade hier weit wichtiger als ein auf Hochglanz poliertes Geschäft!!! Und man ist stets bemüht den Kunden auch ausgefallene Wünsche zu erfüllen! Also ich bin sehr froh so eine Werkstatt in meiner Nähe zu haben!!! Admittedly, the first impression could put off some customers because it looks a bit chaotic in front of and in the store. But let's be honest, who has ever been to the glass palaces of the major German manufacturers and has not been disappointed because you are treated from above there, or incompetent staff brings you to despair ?! At CARS & PARTS you are served by father & son and you notice immediately that they both know what you are talking about and have a profound knowledge of the US car sector, and THAT is far more important here than a highly polished business! And we always try to fulfill the customer's unusual wishes! So I am very happy to have such a workshop near me!
