t	two1zero85 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es beginnt schon gut mit der Eingangssuche, es gibt zwei Pfeile, einen nach rechts zum Kaffee, einen geradeaus zum Museum. Natürlich geht man gerade durch, und steht plötzlich in einer Sackgasse. Bis man verwirrt zurückgeht und erkennt dass der Pfeil eigentlich nach links gehen müsste und der Eingang die Treppe rauf ist. Sehr verwirrend. Und zeitgleich mit mir haben auch 3 weitere Personen verwirrt den Eingang gesucht... Die Ausstellung: Ziemlich nichtssagend und irgendwie zusammengewürfelt, man hat das Museum, die kleine Kirche - wo nix drinnen ist, und den Trachtensaal - der einfach nur eine peinliche Katastrophe ist, so etwas hat im 21. Jhdt in keinem Museum etwas verloren. Mit Gratis Eintritt kann man mal durchgehen, aber ich hätte mich schon geärgert wenn ich einen Euro dafür bezahlt hätte. Den echten Preis von 10,50 ist die Austellung niemals wert. It starts well with the entrance search, there are two arrows, one to the right to the coffee, one straight to the museum. Of course you just go through it and suddenly find yourself in a dead end. Until you go back confused and realize that the arrow should actually go to the left and the entrance is up the stairs. Very confusing. And at the same time as me, 3 other people looked confused for the entrance ... The exhibition: Quite meaningless and somehow thrown together, you have the museum, the small church - where there is nothing inside, and the costume hall - which is just an embarrassing catastrophe, something like that has no place in any museum in the 21st century. With free entry you can go through with it, but I would have been annoyed if I had paid one euro for it. The exhibition is never worth the real price of 10.50.

K	Karlos Franz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wer Lust auf Geschichte hat sollte einmal ins Volkskundemuseum kommen. Es wurde alles neu gestaltet. Bekleidung im Altertum, Trachten aus verschiedenen Zeiten. Viele Berichte aus den letzten Jahrzehnten mit Monitore aufbereitet. Handys vom Anfang bis heute. Verschiedene Vorfälle mit Zeitungen dokumentiert. Es werden Führungen angeboten die sehr interessant sind. Sollte das Wetter mal nicht so gut sein ist ein Besuch des Volkskundemuseum einmal etwas anderes und wann kommt man schon in ein Museum! Bringe Zeit mit und tauche in unsere Geschichte ein ! Anyone interested in history should come to the Folklore Museum. Everything has been redesigned. Ancient clothing, traditional costumes from different times. Many reports from the last decades processed with monitors. Cell phones from the beginning until today. Various incidents documented with newspapers. Guided tours are offered that are very interesting. If the weather is not so good, a visit to the Folklore Museum is something different and when do you come to a museum! Bring your time and immerse yourself in our history!
M	Miralice Wonderland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute mit meinem Sohn im Volkskundemuseum. Mein Sohn (6 Jahre) hat es mit einem Gruselkabinett verglichen. Es fokussiert meiner Ansicht nach die negativen Aspekte der Region/Volksgeschichte. Vom touristischen Blickwinkel: ein Albtraum. Man könnte dort auch positive Aspekte zeigen und z.B. nicht nur Groteskfiguren in Uralttrachten. Die Region ließe sich auch bewerben und kinderfreundlicher aufbereiten. ... Hoffentlich gibt es dort bald ein ordentliches Kaffeehaus. Today I went to the folklore museum with my son. My son (6 years) compared it to a cabinet of horrors. It focuses, in my view, on the negative aspects of the region/folk history. From a tourist point of view: a nightmare. You could also show positive aspects there and not just grotesque figures in ancient costumes, for example. The region could also be advertised and made more child-friendly. ... Hopefully there will soon be a decent coffee house there.

I	Ivan Szilva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The impression really depends on what you are interested in. Museum is quite good if you wanna know more about Austrian history (how people lived in villages and so), not so interesting if you are not too much into that. Overally a nice museum to see.
D	Dragan Lovric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool place to visit and walk when almost everything else is closed (typical Sunday in Austria). Parking is free on Sundays, which is a bonus :) View is amazing. Do not use elevator. Stairs are way to go. You will figure out why :) I will go again. Recomended.
