Man sollte sich überlegen ob nicht doch Rechts Gedanken gut in der Verwaltung von EWR Bürger Büro sitzt. Very condescending and hardly comes one with a darker skin color and asks for help is only annoyed and spoken in a loud tone. One should consider whether not yet right thoughts sitting well in the administration of EEA citizens office.
k	kukabgd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich wie unfreundlich alle sind!!!! Wenn jemand nicht mit den Auslendern zu tun haben will, sollte besser einen neuen Job finden und nicht dort arbeiten. Das war der Fall mit DEM Typ der in der Büro für die EWR Bürger sitzt. Hat auch persönliche Fragen gestellt und dann so gemacht als er genervt ist... EINFACH SCHREKLICH.... Unbelievable how unfriendly everyone is !!!! If someone does not want to deal with the outsiders, it's better to find a new job and not work there. That was the case with the guy sitting in the office for the EEA citizens. Has also asked personal questions and then made as he is annoyed ... SIMPLY HAPPY ....

L	L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sie antworten nie auf mails und anrufe, noch dazu lassen sie nicht ins gebäude rein, falls man das problem persönlich besprechen will. wahnsinn. und das ist eine hochentwickelte gesellschaft, wo jeder zugehört wird? oesterreich ist so weit weg von einem land, wo man sich sicher und unterstützt von dem staat fühlen kann. aber jeder schreit immer über freiheit und möglichkeiten. die leute , die hier arbeiten, sollten sich schämen. sie machen ihren job schlecht, sie sind unhöfflich, grob und inkompetent

Definitiv das falsche Personal!!! Integration findet hier nicht statt.. Sehr enttäuschend finde ich, dass in unserer schönen Stadt, soetwas nicht funktioniert. A cheek how unfriendly and degrading people are treated here.. starting with the disrespectful stronger lady (from gas security) at the entrance! Definitely the wrong staff!!! Integration doesn't take place here. I find it very disappointing that something like that doesn't work in our beautiful city.
P	Pedro Boechat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is supposed to be an immigration office, even though most people here won't speak English to you (they will understand you sometimes, though). Signs on the walls are all written in German. The whole place is a mess and it's not uncommon to see confused people wandering around. The person at the information booth is usually incapable of answering the most basic questions (e.g., who should I talk to in order to get problem X solved). Be prepared to get frustrated...
H	Henrik Hou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is how this office works on my extension request: my residential permit is gonna be expired on 01.01.2020, and I ask for extension request two months in advance, and they told me I had to retrieve my new residential permit on Feb.1st 2020, which means I will be illegal to stay in Austria and Europe during first month of 2020! And I asked her why and she told me if you have any questions, talk to her boss.
