D	Dirk Szonn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel on my business trip. Nice designed room, everything you need is in. I didn’t had breakfast or dinner, so nothing about that. Parking garage is two streets away, but this is only a minor issue. Nice bars and restaurants around, very lovely is Cafehaus Hummel just straight up the street. I would take the hotel again if I have to come back to Vienna.
Z	Zip Ace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent clean 4 star hotel with all the mods and cons expected, however, the level of service and the size of the rooms forced me to only give 2 stars. I found the price I paid was not reflected in the room i was given, single bed, no chairs, tiny tv, sink and shower in the same room as the tiny bed. Staff at reception were rude and dismissed anything I asked for, saying the hotel does not cater for my needs. Not for me, never again to visit Flemings.

I was sceptic at first of the positions of the shower in particular, adjacent to the bed but it was easy to adjust to it. The hotel breakfast is also very good and includes a large selection of continental and English breakfast with Austrian delicacies.

The staff is very friendly and helpful!the room super clean and The best thing??? The breakfast!! Oh my god it was excellent! Totally recommend!

It was also very simple to access by buss coming from the airport. The room was huge!! Nice and clean. The spa and sauna was over our expectations.. really nice. The only disappointment was that all the tv channels we’re in German or Italian. I would love to have some English channels. I will definitely recommend this place to friends going the the lovely town of Vienna.

Location is close to everything. Nice restaurant right across the street. Parking 2 blocks away and pricey. 26 Euro per day! Overall, highly recommended.

Other than that the room was very clean and the fridge had water and some drinks free of charge. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very well heated. The hotel was close to almost everything fun in Vienna and not too far from the airport either by public transportation. The staff were very friendly and did a great job accommodating us.
