★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The time has stopped here 30 years ago. Old, traditional austrian restaurant filled with locals. The waiting staff was very professional and the service was very quick! And the food was excellent! Crispy and delicious (pork)schnitzel, very tasty chicken and beef dishes. And the prices are more than reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now I understand the mixed reviews about the service in this place, I know the management of the restaurant probably doesn't read those reviews and won't care about it, but here is my review and personal experience visiting this place.
Firstly, the food itself is very nice and the price is very very reasonable for the quality of food.
Now back to the service, when I visited this place I was catered to by 2 different waiters, one was very nice, attentive and soft spoken. I give him 5 stars for his service. BUT the other one (the guy with long beard and bold head), he is rude, speaks VERY LOUD like he is SHOUTING AT THE CUSTOMERS. What makes it worse for me is that I noticed this SHOUTING only happens to specific "type" of people who are not local (I could be wrong here but that's what I noticed). He speaks like normal humans to other local people.
So, my message to the management, please keep up with the food quality and prices. But please train this employee of yours on how to treat his PAYING customers. Otherwise you will lose people.
The 2 stars is for the service I got from this waiter.
