P	Piotr Tomaszewski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luck of breakfast. Do not try to ask reception to order a taxi for you. You will be charge twice more than the ordinary one. But on the other side the room was very clean, warm, simple and a comfortable. Very good location. Good value for monay.
g	graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look it's cheap , very very cheap at £35 a night you get a small single bed with a sink and cupboard. A round bedside table in a square room. Yet the room is clean and the bed is incredibly comfortable having one of the best night's sleep I have had in ages. It is the area of the hotel that is superb. A 20 minute walk to the centre of Vienna and barely 15 to the museum's and palace. This hotel is a little gem for value. You share a shower bathroom and a WC (the strangest toilet I have ever seen in my life) and the only reason I have not given it five stars is no tea or coffee and for anyone civilised this is a must for first thing in the morning.. But then it wouldn't be £35 a night. I stayed for work in a room at £100 a night and (it had no tea or coffee in room either) it didn't feel as cosy or homely as this so to be fair it suited my taste. For a single working person who doesn't mind the bare essentials and feeling cosy it works just right.
M	Miyuki Uriu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was in the convenient and beautiful locaion near parks and buildings in Vienna. The hotel, both inside and outside the arichtecture is also beautiful. The staff is very helpful and maps of various languages available. Good room, shared bathroom as well, basin is inside the room. The eating space near the reception is useful.
D	Deirdre Beecher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you go with the expectation that it is a 2 star hotel then I think you will be very pleased with this hotel. Showers are great, furniture is basic but clean and comfortable. Single rooms are small but saved from being claustrophobic by the high ceilings and beautiful sash windows of this historic house. Only downside is lack of sound insulation, you can hear other guests walking in their room or along the corridor. But after all it is a 2 star. Location is great, a quiet residential area with a spar, restaurants, cafes. Just a short stroll to underground and ringstrasse. Museum Quarter is easily walkable.

The best thing for us was the receptionists who were always very kind and they recommended us places to have dinner and to visit. The bedroom was super warm and cozy which was great because it was extremely cold outside. It was clean and neat. I would repeat!

There was a lobby-sitting area which was perfect to relax in. My room was a single - big enough for my luggage and myself. Bathroom was outside in the hall. Warm, clean, friendly. I would definitely book again.

There is a nice lounge and a small room with a coffee machine, cutlery set, tableware, a fridge and a microwave! And there are 2 supermarkets very close to the hotel which is very convenient;) there is also a fridge outside of my room. The facility in the room is good with a shower space, but the toilets are located outside of the room. Satisfied with the price and the location is close to city hall and some museums?
