The restaurant is reasonably good. Parking available only for low cars up to 1.5 m. Host very nice. Location close to the subway, shops, bars.

Schoonmaak is goed (thuis moet je ook niet bovenop de kast kijken...;) ). Keuken is goed, badkamer ook. Meer ruimte dan andere appartementen die ik in Wenen gehuurd heb. Lift naar appartement is een pluspunt. Sleuteloverdracht ging uitstekend. Kortom: als ik weer naar Wenen ga (wordt dan mijn 21e keer) wil ik hier graag weer terug komen! The location of this apartment is excellent. Close to metro, supermarket, restaurants, shops, etc. Value for money is good. Cleaning is good (at home you should not look on top of the cupboard ...;)). Kitchen is good, bathroom too. More space than other apartments I rented in Vienna. Elevator to apartment is a plus. Key transfer went well. In short: if I go to Vienna again (will be my 21st time) I would like to come back here again!

Квартире явно не хватает качественной регулярной уборки. Заметно, что убирают, но все очень поверхностно. Нет мыла и шампуня, хотя обычно в подобных местах висят деспенсеры в ванной. Жутко неудобные подушки. Толщиной максимум 5 сантиметров и это не в сжатом виде. Из плюсов можно отметить относительно удобное расположение. До метро 300 метров и до супермаркета примерно столько же. До центра 4-5 км. Подводя итог, хочу сказать, что в следующий раз буду искать другое место. Studio apartment for rent. The location is great, you can travel to all of the main points of interest via Metro within 20-30 minutes, there are restaurants working till 10, 11 and 00 within walking distance if you don't want to have dinner in the center and if you're not fond of eating out, the apartment is more than well equipped. The host Horst was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend staying here!
