★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole apartment is in dust and dirt. There are stains of urine on pillows and blankets. It seems that floors and shelves haven't been cleaned for months. In case when 35 euro is paid for cleaning beforehand. I called and asked them to clean the apartment which they didn't do either.
