S	S G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer schön, Essen verbesserungsfähig (v.a. vegetarisch!!!), Hygienekonzept katastrophal, bzw. nicht vorhanden (Essens- & Lippenstiftreste an Geschirr und Gläser, Gäste müssen Maske tragen am Buffet, aber Kellner insgesamt nicht!?) Nice room, food could be improved (especially vegetarian !!!), hygiene concept catastrophic or not available (leftovers of food and lipstick on dishes and glasses, guests have to wear a mask at the buffet, but waiters overall not !?)
N	Nick Drake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Die Gegend ist wirklich TOP, schöne Aussicht. 2. Zimmer frisch renoviert und dementsprechend ganz wohnlich. Das war es aber leider dann schon. 3. Hygiene: Frische Gläser an mehreren Tagen noch mit Lippenstift verschmutzt was in der Corona Zeit wirklich nicht geht!!! Das selbe gilt für das Besteck welches teilweise noch Essensrückstände aufwies! Eine anderer Gast beschwerte sich über Saure Milch in dem Kaffee Automaten, diese wurde dann ohne jeglicher Reinigung der Maschine ausgetauscht! 4. Brandschutz: Eine Brandschutztür wird ständig mit einem Keil blockiert obwohl auf der Türe vermerkt ist das diese nicht verkeilt werden darf. Wenn ich den Keil entfernt hatte, war ein paar Stunden später wieder der Keil in der Tür. 5. Essen: Das Frühstück hat zu wenig Brötchen mit Körnern, wenn man nicht in den ersten 5 Minuten am Buffet war, gibt es nur noch Baguette-brötchen. Abendessen: Zu wenig vegetarische Gerichte, auf die Frage ob es auch eine vegetarische Suppe gibt, war die Antwort:" alle 2 Suppen jeden Abend sind vegetarisch. " Und was für Suppen gab es? Eine mit Fleischbrühe und eine Geflügelsuppe. Das nenne ich nicht gerade vegetarisch. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen, da Hygiene zum Standard gehören sollte, und dies hier anscheinend bei dem Speisen nicht gerade groß geschrieben wird! 1. The area is really great, nice view. 2. Room freshly renovated and therefore very comfortable. Unfortunately, that was it. 3. Hygiene: Fresh glasses still soiled with lipstick on several days, which is really not possible in the Corona time! The same applies to the cutlery which partly still had food residues! Another guest complained about sour milk in the coffee machine, which was then replaced without any cleaning of the machine! 4. Fire protection: A fire protection door is constantly blocked with a wedge although it is noted on the door that it must not be wedged. When I removed the wedge, the wedge was back in the door a few hours later. 5. Food: The breakfast has too few rolls with grains, if you haven't been to the buffet for the first 5 minutes, there are only baguette rolls. Dinner: Too few vegetarian dishes, when asked if there is also a vegetarian soup, the answer was: "All 2 soups every evening are vegetarian." And what kind of soups were there? One with meat broth and one with chicken soup. I don't exactly call that vegetarian. I will not visit this hotel again, as hygiene should be part of the standard, and this is apparently not a major issue in the food!

Das Dorf super schön.... We were very satisfied, the hotel has been tastefully renovated, there was enough food for every taste. The staff always nice, never annoyed. The village super nice ....
R	Rainer Riedlinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren für ein Wanderwochenende (3 Tage) zu Gast im First Mountain Hotel Ötztal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, neu und stilvoll eingerichtet sowie sehr sauber. Das gleiche gilt auch fürs Bad mit sehr schöner Dusche. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Beim Abendessen werden "einfache" Gerichte reichhaltig am Buffet angeboten, aber lecker. Besteck und Gläser könnten nach dem Spülvorgang nachpoliert werden.( Wasserflecken) Hier könnte man noch etwas nachbessern. Die Öffnungszeiten des Saunabereiches sind leider sehr begrenzt. Zusammenfassung: schlichtes sauberes und gastfreundliches Hotel, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut . We stayed at the First Mountain Hotel Ötztal for a hiking weekend (3 days). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very large, new and stylishly furnished and very clean. The same goes for the bathroom with a very nice shower. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and there was something for everyone. At dinner, "simple" dishes are richly offered at the buffet, but tasty. Cutlery and glasses could be repolished after the washing process (water stains). The opening times of the sauna area are unfortunately very limited. Summary: simple, clean and hospitable hotel, very good value for money.
S	Silke Hess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren vom 24. bis 26.9.2021 als Gast im Hotel First Mountain. Preisleistung super. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Buffet gut und ausreichend. Bei Ankunft klapperte die Zimmertür und der Föhn war defekt. Der Föhn wurde ausgetauscht und die Türe wurde neu eingestellt und das noch am Abend innerhalb 1 Stunde. Service perfekt! Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. We stayed at Hotel First Mountain from September 24th to 26th, 2021. Great value for money. The rooms were very clean. Staff very friendly. Buffet good and sufficient. On arrival the door rattled and the hair dryer was broken. The hair dryer was replaced and the door was reset and that in the evening within 1 hour. Service perfect! We can highly recommend the hotel.

Das Essen ist teilweise ausbaufähig aber reichlich. !Besuch unter corona-Bedingungen! Visit about travel from "active travel". New premises in good condition. Cozy room. Good for a "ski sports hotel". The food is partially expandable but plentiful. !Visit under corona conditions!
