â â â â â Super Appartement, super Gastgeber und absolut super Lage! Die negative Bewertung teilen wir ĂŒberhaupt nicht. Es war das komplette Gegenteil und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
 Great apartment, great host and absolutely great location! We do not share the negative rating at all. It was the complete opposite and we'd love to come back.

â â â â â Nicht vertrauenswĂŒrdig. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Baustelle mit entsprechender LĂ€rmbelĂ€stigung, worauf vor der Ankunft nicht hingewiesen wurde. Die nachtrĂ€glich "groĂzĂŒgig" gewĂ€hrte Ersatzunterkunft befindet sich unmittelbar daneben und ebenfalls in BaustellennĂ€he. Am Anreisetag kam die groĂe ErnĂŒchterung. 70 % StornogebĂŒhr und Androhung rechtlicher Schritte inklusive. So kann man auch Geld verdienen. Unseriöses GeschĂ€ftsgebaren und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

â â â â â Wir teilen hier gerne mit wie positiv unsere Woche im Vierbett-Apartment im Haus Roswitha war.
Schon bei der Ankuft war es ein sehr netter Empfang mit einer sehr angenehmen Begehung des Apartments. Dieses war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat mit dem Balkon (Blickrichtung Winnebachseealm) unseren Geschmack auf Anhieb getroffen.
Gerne werden wir es wieder buchen.
We like to share how positive our week in the four-bed apartment in Haus Roswitha was.
Upon arrival, it was a very nice reception with a very pleasant inspection of the apartment. This was very well equipped, very clean and with the balcony (looking towards the Winnebachseealm) met our taste straight away.
We will be happy to book it again.
