M	Markus Wigger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren für einen kurz Urlaub zu diesem schönen Hotel gefahren. Wir bekamen als ersten ein Willkommens Getränk und einen Herzliche Begrüßung. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und auch das Ambiente ist hervorragend. Wir wurden mit herrlichen speisen verwöhnt und das Frühstücks Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Der Wellness Bereich ist super. Super Aussicht und extremen entspannend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wider mal vorbei We went to this lovely hotel for a short vacation. We got a welcome drink and a warm greeting as the first. The hotel is in a very nice location and the ambience is excellent. We were spoiled with wonderful food and the breakfast buffet is very rich. The wellness area is great. Great view and extremely relaxing. We love to come by again
N	Nadine Wernecke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein ganz toller Fleck auf der Erde, der Ausblick und die Lage sind sensationell…nur leider ist der Service (Freundlichkeit) auch dieses Jahr gelinde gesagt „etwas hinterher“. Man wird noch relativ nett empfangen, dann aber spürt man schnellstmöglich den barschen und bestimmenden Ton gepaart mit ziemlich frechen Bemerkungen einer Mitarbeiterin! Unfreundlichkeit scheint hier im Service am Gast an oberster Stelle zu stehen! Ein drittes Mal werden wir diesen Fehler nicht noch einmal begehen! Fragt man die Einheimischen, geht man wohl hier nicht her… A really great spot on earth, the view and the location are sensational ... but unfortunately the service (friendliness) is "a bit behind" this year, to say the least. You are received relatively nicely, but then you feel the harsh and decisive tone paired with rather cheeky remarks from an employee as quickly as possible! Unfriendliness seems to be the top priority here in the service to the guest! A third time we will not make this mistake again! If you ask the locals, you probably don't go here ...

Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal in allen Bereichen. Sauberkeit und sehr schöne Zimmer. Ruhe pur. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. We felt very comfortable in this hotel. Everything is just right here, from breakfast to dinner, everything is delicious. Nice and courteous staff in all areas. Cleanliness and very nice rooms. Pure tranquility. We can definitely recommend the hotel and would love to come back.
K	Kevin Entlicher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier hat vom Empfang bis zum Checkout alles gepasst. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit Bergblick und sehr sauber. Im ganzen Hotel erkennt man die Liebe zum Detail. Die Mahlzeiten waren alle hervorragend und die Cocktails an der bar ebenso. Die Pools und Saunen waren auch sehr sauber und der Ausblick vom Wellnessbereich aus ist wirklich ein Traum. Vielen Dank an die Betreiber für die Tolle Zeit, wir empfehlen euch auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen wieder Everything was perfect here from reception to checkout. The room was very nice with a mountain view and very clean. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel. The meals were all excellent and so were the cocktails at the bar. The pools and saunas were also very clean and the view from the wellness area is really a dream. Many thanks to the operators for the great time, we will definitely recommend you and come back

Hoewel gebruik van kamer pas voorzien was vanaf 14.00, kregen we al direct de sleutels van de kamer. Hierdoor konden we onze bagage al uitpakken en verfrissen vooraleer te gaan skiën. Zeer aangenaam ! De wellness is er zeer verzorgd. Sauna’s, stoombad, zwembad, jacuzzi en heerlijke relaxzetels. Ontbijt en diner zijn zeer verzorgd, ruime keuze. Prijs/kwaliteit is meer dan in orde. Ik ga zeker terug. We arrived at the hotel at 7:30 am after an approximately 8 hour drive. Although use of the room was only provided from 2 p.m., we immediately received the keys to the room. This allowed us to unpack and freshen up our luggage before going skiing. Very pleasant ! The wellness area is very well maintained. Saunas, steam bath, swimming pool, jacuzzi and wonderful relaxation seats. Breakfast and dinner are very good, wide choice. Price/quality is more than okay. I will definitely go back.
