★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited more than one year ago. Guest are treated very well. Diner is excellent. Hotel staff until cleaning personel do understand very well what service and hospitallity is needed to get 5 star ranking. It is so good that we booked again for 2017. Update: now in 2019 I am able to have 1 week off from my work, so decided to enjoy our holiday as much as possible. So we booked again Hotel Rita this because everytime we had so good feeling and we were never dissappointed. We are keep going back.

Is has a good and friendly staff and owners.
The rooms are beautiful (wifi available) It has a very good kitchen.
Breakfast and dinner are excellent. You can choose from an amount of different dishes and beverages.
The hotel has is own swimming pool and sauna and wellness centre. There is also a room to play videogames and pool.
If you stay at hotel Rita. You've got access to the Aqua Dome. Bikes are also available in the hotel. If you bring your own bike their is a storage room available to put them.
If you stay in this Hotel you really a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of our favorite hotels in Langenfeld because it makes you feel at home and pampered. Rita, the owner is very hospitable and participate actively in the care of their clients. Mealtime is always delightful as there is always something new to the plate. Everything is good and fresh and of high quality. We always look forward to stay in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, I've returned from the Hotel Rita. Except for the room that could be a little bit less dark, the stay was just perfect, nothing to complain - superb food, staff, wellness, etc. and also the owner who is interested in her guests - you can see her chatting with them in the restaurant but also to pitch in. In the future, if I go to Ötztal once again, I'll consider returning to Hotel Rita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's first qualify that this was not a cheap stay. However, this is an exceptional hotel with the friendliest staff I've ever encountered, in hundreds of hotel stays. The junior suite room was modern and faultless. I'm not a fan of the hay scented body wash, but this is picking unnecessary issues. The spa is well run, the food absolutely delicious and the drinks are reasonably priced. The location and views are stunning. Highly recommended!
