S	San Tabo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schrecklich! Ich würde jedem abraten einen Besuch bei dieser Filiale zu machen. Man fühlt sich nicht nur alleine gelassen sondern unter ständiger Beobachtung. Wie soll ich mich hier für eine Brille entscheiden, wenn die Blicke von fast allen Mitarbeitern auf einen gerichtet sind. Als würde man mit jeder Brille noch mehr Sozial ausgerenz werden. In diesem Store ist eine kompetente Beratung nicht zu finden. Ich hoffe Fielmann arbeitet daran um eine bessere Atmosphäre so wie Kundenfreundlichkeit ( z.B Lächeln) für diese Filiale zu schaffen. Aktuell fühlt es sich an als würde man sich keine Brille aussuchen, sondern als würde man zu einen Totengräber gehen. Weil gerade die eigenen Eltern gestorben sind. Dreadful! I would not advise anyone to visit this store. You do not feel left alone but under constant observation. How should I opt for glasses here, when the looks of almost all employees are focused on you. As if you would be even more social with each pair of glasses. There is no competent advice in this store. I hope Fielmann is working to create a better atmosphere as well as customer-friendliness (eg smile) for this branch. Currently it feels as if you do not choose your glasses, but as if you go to a gravedigger. Because just their own parents have died.

Die best Preis Garantie ist auch hervorragend und man kann dadurch billiger als bei der Konkurrenz einkaufen. Very nice shop! Nice staff and a great selection of glasses. The advice was extremely competent and friendly. The best price guarantee is also excellent and you can buy cheaper than the competition.

Very good advice! The young lady took a lot of time for my daughter, never lost her patience and so we found two great glasses!
M	Maria P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich und nicht wirklich bemüht. Außerdem wird zu wenig geredet und das Personal wirkt gelangweilt und desinteressiert. Die Beratung ist eine Katastrophe...es wird zwar auf die Wünsche eingegangen und das Sortiment ist groß, jedoch wird nie auf den jeweiligen Typ eingegangen und es scheint als hätte niemand eine Ahnung von Style. Man fühlt sich einerseits durch die fehlende Fachkompetenz verloren, andererseits wenn man sich einfach mal in Ruhe die Brillenmodelle ansehen möchte wird man pausenlos angestarrt und beobachtet was sehr unangenehm ist. Die Preise jedoch sind gut und man findet auch mit kleinem Studenten Budget eine schöne Brille. Meine schlechte Bewertung liegt daher hauptsächlich an dem Personal. The staff are very unfriendly and not really tried hard. In addition, there is not enough talk and the staff seem bored and disinterested. The advice is a catastrophe ... the wishes are catered for and the range is large, but the respective type is never discussed and it seems as if nobody has any idea about style. On the one hand you feel lost due to the lack of professional competence, on the other hand, if you just want to take a look at the glasses models, you are constantly stared at and observed what is very unpleasant. However, the prices are good and you can find beautiful glasses even with a small student budget. My bad rating is therefore mainly due to the staff.

B	Bjurni Selfo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been coming to this shop since 3 years for my dad and mum and my entire family to buy prescription glasses which they need, they dont speak German and so I have been acting as their interpreter. So far the Staff has been great. Today I came in with my uncle so that he gets his glasses done here as well and to retrieve my dads new glasses. The lady from the staff which was today in charge of see-measurment test refused to do the test even if I made very clear that I would be translating for him cos he doesn't speak German. She sayed and I quote, we cant make the glasses if he doesn't understand German. I explained that this is not my first time there and I have been going there all the time with my family to do the same test and ger the prescription glasses done. She insisted that she is not going to do the test if he himself doesn't undrstand German and that I couldn't translate in his behalf.
