★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Feuerkogel auf der Katrin ist ein aussichtsreicher Gipfel mit tollen Blicken auf Bad Ischl und ins Dachsteingebiet. Leichte Erreichbarkeit mit der Katrin Seilbahn und gute bewirtschaftete Hütten sind vor allem im Winter ein gutes Argument, dem Schirummel in den übrigen Schigebieten zu entfliehen, und nur die Stille und den Winter zu genießen.
 The Feuerkogel on the Katrin is a promising summit with great views of Bad Ischl and the Dachstein area. Easy accessibility with the Katrin cable car and good managed huts are a good argument, especially in winter, to escape the Schirummel in the other ski areas, and only to enjoy the silence and the winter.
