Lepszy komfort ale za to w mieszkaniach mieści się mniej ludzi. Dla nas za mało miejsca. Poza tym wysyłanie maili do obsługi nie ma sensu. Nie odpisują. Przesyłają gdzieś dalej. Co najwyżej. Very good location. Just under the queue at Eggalm. We've been there several times. Some time ago they did a renovation. Better comfort but there are less people in the apartments. For us, not enough space. In addition, sending emails to service does not make sense. They do not write back. They're forwarding somewhere. At most.

Bei der Ankunft war nur eine Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen frei, wir waren jedoch zu sechst. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass die anderen Personen irgendwie auf der Couch schlafen sollen. Für zwei Personen wurde dann ein Hotel gesucht, die andern beiden mussten jedoch auf der Couch bzw. zu dritt im Bett schlafen. Ein Tag später bekamen wir dann die zweite Ferienwohnung, jedoch war auch diese nicht, wie gebucht, mit zwei Schlafzimmern, sondern einem Dreibettzimmer. Kulanterweise wurde uns für die erste Nacht das Geld zurück überwiesen, was die Sache aber nicht besser gemacht hat. Lage der Pension ist OK, deswegen ein Stern mehr. Two holiday apartments for four people each booked and paid for in advance. On arrival there was only one apartment available for two people, but there were six of us. When asked, we were told that the other people should somehow sleep on the couch. A hotel was then looked for for two people, but the other two had to sleep on the couch or three in bed. A day later we got the second holiday apartment, but it was not, as booked, with two bedrooms, but a triple room. As a courtesy, we got the money back for the first night, but that didn't make things any better. The location of the pension is OK, so one star more.
C	C Win on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophales Apartment - total abgewohnt Wir haben als Familie ein Appartement für 5 Personen gebucht. Das Haus verfügt über 5 Appartements von denen wir Nr 2 bewohnen mussten. Die Wohnung liegt im absoluten Souterrain, die Fensterschmitze befinden sich auf einer Höhe von 1,8m und verfügte über zwei Schlafzimmer, die total verwohnt waren. Es gab pro Schlafzimmer nur eine Nachttischlampe billigster Fertigung. Die Lattenroste waren teilweise defekt und unter dem Bett haben wir noch leere Jägermeisterkartonagen von dem Vormietern gefunden. Die Nachttische total hinüber und bei den Schränken musste man aufpassen, dass diese nicht zusammenbrechen. Das Mobiliar war durchweg vollkommen verschlissen und abgewohnt. Der Zustand der Küche bzw. Kochnische total inakzeptabel. Uralte Geräte in total kaputten Schränken. Zahlreiche Stockflecken in dem Zimmern waren einfach mit Farbe überstrichen. Die sogenannte Schlafcouch in der Wohnküche war so durchgelegen, dass diese unbenutzbar war. Insgesamt eine absolut ungenügende Wohnung zu einem völlig überhöhten Preis. Vorsicht Abzocke! Disastrous apartment - totally shabby As a family we have an apartment for 5 People booked. The house has 5 apartments of which we had to live in No. 2. The apartment is in the absolute basement, the window openings are at a height of 1.8m and had two bedrooms that were totally worn out. There was only one cheap-made bedside lamp per bedroom. The slatted frames were partially defective and under the bed we found empty Jägermeister boxes from the previous tenant. The bedside tables were totally over and you had to be careful with the cupboards that they didn't collapse. The furniture was completely worn and shabby. The condition of the kitchen or kitchenette totally unacceptable. Ancient devices in totally broken cupboards. Numerous mold stains in the room were simply painted over. The so-called sofa bed in the kitchen-living room was so worn that it was unusable. Overall an absolutely inadequate apartment at a completely inflated price. Beware of rip-offs!
M	M “Martha” A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Lage der Ferienwohnungen ist super. Aber das war es leider auch schon. Die Absprachen mit der Vemieterin waren eine Katastrophe. Das Geld sollte bar bezahlt werden, sehr mittelalterlich... zunächst wusste man bei Ankunft nicht mehr, welche Wohnung wir gebucht haben. Anstatt einer FeWo mit 2 Schlafzimmern haben wir schlussendlich eine mit nur einem bekommen. Ein Paar musste in der Küche schlafen. Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung total verwohnt gewesen. Viele Teile waren kaputt oder man musste wirklich aufpassen sie nicht kaputt zu machen. Zur ersten Verabredung zur Geldübergabe ist die Vermieterin ohne Absage nicht erschienen, als hätte man im Urlaub nicht andere Dinge vor als in der Wohnung zu warten. The location of the apartments is great. But unfortunately that's about it. The agreements with the landlord were a disaster. The money was supposed to be paid in cash, very medieval ... At first you didn't know which apartment we booked when you arrived. Instead of an apartment with 2 bedrooms, we finally got one with only one. A couple had to sleep in the kitchen. Furthermore, the apartment was totally worn out. Many parts were broken or you really had to be careful not to break them. At the first appointment to hand over the money, the landlord did not appear without rejection, as if you had no other things on holiday than to wait in the apartment.
K	Kjartan Majdandzic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles wat fout kan gaan gaat fout. Receptie/host was niet te bereiken en zit op een andere lokatie. Vervolgens 6 uur later kunnen bereiken en krijgen we bericht dat de sleutel al in de deur zit. Het geboekte appartement is vervolgens al bezet en er is een ander apartment waar nog sleutels inzitten. Dit appartement heeft een slaapkamer minder en we krijgen te horen dat dit een upgrade is. Een van de gasten moet vervolgens op de bank slapen. Als kers op de taart is de douche zo verstopt dat je niet langer dan twee minuten kan douchen zonder dat de douche kabine overloopt. Everything that can go wrong goes wrong. Reception / host could not be reached and is at a different location. Then 6 hours later we can reach and we receive a message that the key is already in the door. The booked apartment is then already occupied and there is another apartment that still has keys. This apartment has one bedroom less and we are told that this is an upgrade. One of the guests must then sleep on the couch. As icing on the cake, the shower is so clogged that you cannot shower for more than two minutes without the shower overflowing.
