Fact that i came back is proof enough that this establishment has a very good service, nice staff, rooms are big, clean and nice. ski-location are close, city is just nice to relax and rest. If you look for a party place, this might not be the best place, however as a family vacation and retreat it is very good ! I celebrated my birthday here with friends and family and the place was cosy and nice, food is good, choice is big, tea break is just nice, breakfast amazing... nothing to complain ! Thank you and see you soon again !

On the other hand, they dispose rooms, where broken springs in a bed are repaired with old wardrobe door (see pictures). They have a restaurant in place. On the other hand, there is only one waiter for 20-25 visitors. Hence, guests have to wait 30-45 min. to get meals.Etc.
V	Vegan Luggage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mallnitz is beautiful..we arrived at the beginning of the summer season so the hotel kindly upgraded us and our parents to a junior suite in the main building which was a bonus. Me and my husband are vegan so we let them know in advance. Most of the evening we got similar dishes like our parents, which we really appreciate but the repertoire of the vegan food the chef can use needs to be improved. The rooms were nice and clean, view was stunning and during the night the building was quite.. The first 2 says we didn't have shower gel ( luckily we always take ours) also the tables for the morning didn't have sugar for coffee ( again we use honey for that) the sauna room was ok, the wet room wasn't very hot and the jacuzzi was freezing cold even at 5:30 in the afternoon. The staff was friendly and helpful. We planning to go back to the area.
S	Susan Aylott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have just spent a weeks holiday, including New Years Eve in this splendid family hotel which was perfect for us: a family of four with two very young children. The hotel has good facilities including an extremely well equipped children's room. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. They had made a great effort to adorn the hotel with tasteful and creative Christmas decorations which was very welcoming. The New Year celebration was wonderful, including good and plentiful food, live music and spontaneous dancing! We walked every day with the kids making regular use of the ski bus which stops outside the hotel. The scenery was magnificent covered in snow! Would love to return!

Everything has a gorgeous Austrian charm, rooms are decorated in an old school style that fits the spirit of rustic Heidi Alps. Many antique and unique objects are in the entire hotel. Mallnitz itself is one of the most stunning areas for hiking and nature exploration. Waterfalls all around. Thank you hotel Alber, we will surely return to your charming hotel.
