★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + the apartment house is nice, renovated last year, rooms clean with comfy bed, hairdryer is a big plus, the lady at the reception desk is super friendly and very helpful
- double room is quite small, but ok for 1or 2 nights and it is not soundproof as per description, we can hear all the noise from the next room, apple strudel warmed up in the microwave served with the whipped cream from spray

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I ordered a portion of Carbonara and they brought me a portion of Bologneze. When I told them about this, the waiter just took the food, told me “c'est la vie” and left. I never got my Carbonara.
Before leaving the place the waiter confronted me and literally threatend to kill me and piss on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bad experience at Mallnitz Appartments. After a very long wait for the meal, we received an average, or below average food. My friend next to me ordered a Carbonara and got a Bolognese. After complaining to the waiter he spoke very rudely to my friend in front of other customers and he never got anything to eat. Later, we spoke to the manager and she also wasn't to helpful, she said "I don't have time for you". When we wanted to leave, the waiter approached us and and started to speak again very rudely to my friend in front of us, even threatened him to kill and us to beat.
Please beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food in the restaurant is mediocre at best but the staff is extremely slow. Order of drinks for four people while we were there alone took half an hour to make. Pizza took another hour. In that time the staff also managed to forget one item of the order.
